This is an Awesome Dealership, with amazing people. I live an hour and a half away and they worked with me over the phone for a few days until I made my final decision. We had a little miscommunication about my trade in which I honestly thought it was gonna be a deal breaker and I wouldn't get the Audi, but to my surprise they worked hard to get me approved with my negative equity. Usually when you go to purchase a new car your thinking long waits and expecting to take up half your day but by the time I got there they literally had basically everything ready to go. I took the car for a test drive, loved it of course, we came back and they had paperwork ready to go. I was in and out in under an hour. Ethan is super friendly and he is on top of his stuff. Thanks Chapman Ford for taking the time to get me in a new ride.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this dealership and their team. This was my second BMW vehicle purchase, and while the first was not too bad - this was hands down the best experience I have ever had. I submitted an online request for information on a certified X5 and had a response from Kyle within 10 minutes of the dealership opening the following morning (via my specified preferred method of contact thank goodness). We emailed back and forth all day working out a deal on the vehicle and right off the bat I was impressed - Kyle was exceptionally professional and kind, and the team was very generous during the negotiation process. By mid-morning the following day, we had a closed deal. I came to the dealership at our agreed-upon time, was met promptly by Kyle, given a bottle of water, and got right into looking over the vehicle. I was extremely pleased to see that the car was fully ready to go upon my arrival - washed, license plate installed, waiting for me to get right in. Never once did I feel rushed - Kyle spent so much time going over all of the vehicle's features and ensuring I was set up before I left. I also cannot say enough praise for Jayson, my finance manager. I can only imagine the work he put in with the banks to get me into my new car at a reasonable price and I truly cannot thank him enough. I've never fully enjoyed a conversation with a finance manager during a car purchase, but that changed on this day. We had a lot of good conversation, he answered all of my questions, and didn't push me into anything additional that I didn't want. The team here at BMW of West Chester made this the easiest, most stress-free car purchasing experience I have ever had in my life and I, again, cannot thank them enough. They have earned a life-long customer as long as I remain in the area and in a BMW vehicle. If you're in the market for a vehicle, you have to go see these two gentlemen - they will absolutely take perfect care of you and do everything they can on their side to get you into your new car. Just traded in a newer truck for a new truck, different model. Tim Pinkerton was so helpful in arranging things. I'm special needs and had some things I needed done to help me get in and out. Tim Pinkerton helped me accomplish this. Price for trade quoted was honored, and the price for the new truck was as advertised. No games. Wish all car buying experiences were this good. I will also say Mike in the finance office, well he helped me out with information I had never been told about before at other Toyota dealerships. He is amazing. He kept me in the loop as he did up the paperwork. Did I feel any hesitancy or regret, like maybe things weren't as promised when I read the paperwork later? Not at all! First time for that too. Tim & Mike, a great team, and just can't say enough good things about how well this went, and how well as a dealership they do business. Waiting on a check due to me for the difference and have no doubt it will arrive in a timely fashion. Everything else went perfectly! Interestingly enough, the Faulkner GMC in Harrisburg was a good experience as well, back in 2024. Was an easy transaction and I was in and out easily. Not quite as smoothly as it was at Faulkner Toyota, but a good 2nd place to that! Shows me the Faulkner family of dealerships, however many they have, seem to work in a similar fashion. The others don't have Tim and Mike though!
