In my 50+ years best transaction. The mega dealers in my area, 16929 are not very knowledgeable, they have lied, at least 2 dealers, it is frustrating. Jack Giambalvo Hyundai was great. I am 3hrs away and worked with Travis on email and text. When I told them I was 3hrs away they offered me a deal that was $3k less, their honesty and communication sealed the deal. Constantly keeping me informed so my time there would be short and it was as much as possible. The Tucson was ready, only negative was a little dirt on the seat, they took care of it right away. All the paperwork was ready, they were friendly, knowledgeable and did not push all the propaganda, I did not have upper management come visit me to waste my time trying sell protection programs like they do in my area. They offer free lifetime inspections, including other vehicles in my household. I would highly recommend them.

I also had a problem with some previous work done at Bergey's and was expecting the run around but was pleased that they were happy to correct the problem and show me the issue and how it was fixed (at no additional cost). They are honest and stand behind their work, which is why I will continue to travel the extra distance to have my car serviced there and trust what they tell me. Five gold stars!!

Great selection of vehicles. Meghan in sales was personable. No negotiating prices and they do not have knowledge of their cars, if you want to know how a function works go on youtube is what we were told. Larry in finance was very friendly UNTIL we refused the additional warranty or gap insurace. He gave us extremely short answers to our questions, complete silence at times. did not smile and was disrespectful by treating us that way after buying car. It was very uncomfortable. We told them of an issue with the charging port and was told take it to garage since it would be covered under warranty, it was a fuse which was replaced free of charge but had to pay $38 for the diagnostic test.
