We felt like family from the moment we sat down to talk. Dale took the time to explain the vehicle and answer our questions. And when we returned to actually purchase the vehicle the process was very smooth and effortless. We were shown around the business, introduced to the maintenance department and made to feel like we were appreciated not just another sale. Frankie’s help with how to work the screen in our car was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and explained things very thoroughly. We even got a follow up call from Dale to see how things were going. Our salesperson Chad V. has always been up to date on the latest generations of their models and can always answer the most obscure of questions or quickly redirect us to the right person. Jim J. (Sales Manager) is very quick and direct about juggling the #s and totally respects that I do my homework. The finance department always informs me of available of upscale products but doesn't try to force them on me. Joel and the rest of the service team have never let me down. Recently purchased my second Subaru in the last 3 yrs. First class sales and service. Very friendly employees always willing help out and offer assistance as soon as you walk in the door. No pressure sales. Post sales visits with Mitch to cover everything you need to know about the vehicle is worth every minute of the appt. Saves you hours of reading through the manual to figure out all the features each vehicle offers. Highly recommend the visit which can be however long you need it to be spent with Mitch. Both of my visits were less than an hour. Nikki was my sales agent for the Crosstrek purchase. Nikki had all the necessary paperwork, sales doc's etc. ready to go on the day of the sale. Brief visit with the finance dept. and I was out the door in less than 2hrs. Another no pressure sales experience at Faulkner Subaru! The General Manager Doug Jones always takes the time to stop by and thank you for visiting and purchasing a vehicle for his dealership!

Usually I’m happy with my service but this time was different. I took my forester in for state inspection and it passed inspection. But when I got home and read over the paperwork it had a laundry list of additional items that needed repaired. Some items were borderline passing??I was nervous that the car wasn’t safe to drive and wondered why the service person didn’t tell me about them. It listed the front wipers were starting to tear and I wondered why they didn’t ask me to replace them while the car was still in the shop?? I had asked them to replace the rear wiper and to check the front ones too??

Vehicle in for inspection and emission testing. During inspection the tech found my battery cables had some corrosion so they cleaned them, this is a good thing for colder weather . I would like to ask if the dealership had considered having a piece of equipment that other dealerships have that is connected to the battery cables during the cleaning? I lost my preset radio stations as well as having to set temperature gauge and mode
