I am just as happy with my second Subaru as I was with my first (bought from Schultz twelve years ago). Troy and Randy worked really hard to find me a vehicle and a deal that fit in my budget. Everyone was so friendly and Troy was delightful to spend time with. Even after the papers were all signed, Troy was diligent in walking me through all the features of my new Forester. If he hasn't retired by the time I'm in need of another new vehicle, I'll be coming back to Troy and Schultz.

She thought great she was going to have to build a car that I wanted with everything that I was asking for as they did not have one available. However, she found out that the dealership received one in a trade with another dealership and was able to have a few of the items I wanted added on the vehicle. I was able to pick up me vehicle a week later!

Consistently superb service. I have had car maintenance done at Glanzmann Subaru since purchasing my car in 2016. Michael O was my service advisor on a recent visit. He was very courteous and attentive throughout the entire process of getting my car inspected. He went over the multi-point checklist, line by line, explaining the items on the list in non-technical language that I was able to understand. In all the years of getting service at Glanzmann Subaru, I have felt confident in their expertise and reliability. Also, I have never had to wait too long for any service or repairs, but it is never a problem to wait on site because the waiting area is so comfortable and spacious.

Our salesperson Chad V. has always been up to date on the latest generations of their models and can always answer the most obscure of questions or quickly redirect us to the right person. Jim J. (Sales Manager) is very quick and direct about juggling the #s and totally respects that I do my homework. The finance department always informs me of available of upscale products but doesn't try to force them on me. Joel and the rest of the service team have never let me down. Faulkner Subaru entire team was excellent to work with, and Drew, salesman was professional, efficient and attentive. I came from out of state and drove 2 1/2 hours to arrive and have everything ready to sign and be on my way. Drew had realized that I needed the front license plate being I am from MD and PA they are not needed. He took it immediately back to service to have it installed professionally. Every person I came in contact at the dealership with was friendly and professional. I highly recommend this dealership, and other dealerships need to follow their model in how to sell you a vehicle with making it easy and effortless. Oh and I am LOVING the 2024 Subaru WRX!

Took the hour drive to see a vehicle that was on the website as a pre-owned, only to learn once arriving that it too arrived from an hour away, a dealer trade. While the staff seemed courteous, the process was not as much. A discouraging numbers game that resulted in leaving the dealer without a sale, but a promise they'd hold it. Only later to learn when seeking to offer a deposit it had magically sold. An immediate "dishonest" vibe struck me...not returning to this dealer or any Ciocca affiliates.

I would like to ask if the dealership had considered having a piece of equipment that other dealerships have that is connected to the battery cables during the cleaning? I lost my preset radio stations as well as having to set temperature gauge and mode
