Our salesperson Chad V. has always been up to date on the latest generations of their models and can always answer the most obscure of questions or quickly redirect us to the right person. Jim J. (Sales Manager) is very quick and direct about juggling the #s and totally respects that I do my homework. The finance department always informs me of available of upscale products but doesn't try to force them on me. Joel and the rest of the service team have never let me down. Enthusiastic ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Reedman Toll. We have found our Dealer for Life.

New motors has some good eggs at it. Service advisors gives solid advice. On what precautions and repairs should be taken to prolong the life of your car. And they offer them in a manner where it feels as if your getting a recommendation from a friend. Not just a business. Sales member steve is also another good one. He's straight forward. I didn't get the feeling of being given the ring around on my trade in. And exploring the numbers and interest rates on a new car. He was willing to go above and beyond to not only find the car I wanted but the best deal for the one I wanted.

They have had a used automobile I purchased from them for OVER A MONTH in service! No real explanation. No real live call to me. Because of their lack of professionalism - DO NOT BUY ANY CAR FROM THEM. Their BBB rating is very telling. I totally feel like got scammed. Please take heed - THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORSE!!!

Recently purchased my second Subaru in the last 3 yrs. First class sales and service. Very friendly employees always willing help out and offer assistance as soon as you walk in the door. No pressure sales. Post sales visits with Mitch to cover everything you need to know about the vehicle is worth every minute of the appt. Saves you hours of reading through the manual to figure out all the features each vehicle offers. Highly recommend the visit which can be however long you need it to be spent with Mitch. Both of my visits were less than an hour. Nikki was my sales agent for the Crosstrek purchase. Nikki had all the necessary paperwork, sales doc's etc. ready to go on the day of the sale. Brief visit with the finance dept. and I was out the door in less than 2hrs. Another no pressure sales experience at Faulkner Subaru! The General Manager Doug Jones always takes the time to stop by and thank you for visiting and purchasing a vehicle for his dealership!

I am very satisfied with the buying experience at Ertle Subaru. From arranging a time to see the vehicles I was interested in, on the internet, to the in-person experience, I couldn't be happier. The dealership was extremely busy at the time of my appointment, but my sales consultant Brennon was respectful of my time, courteous and very knowledgeable. Sales manager David Goncalves went over all the details in purchasing the vehicle and options available to me. A few days after my purchase, Brennon helped me to setup a hitch installation with the Service Department. Nick Gouny was Service Advisor. They did an excellent job installing the hitch and even provided me a loaner vehicle until my car was finished. This is my 5th Subaru Outback, and I just love this vehicle. Thanks to all at Ertle Subaru. I would definitely recommend this dealership. 5 Stars
