We are up to Subaru # 15 for our family, all from Reedman Toll Subaru of Exton. Since we have brought so many sales to this dealership they start with their A game, full stop. Our salesperson Chad V. has always been up to date on the latest generations of their models and can always answer the most obscure of questions or quickly redirect us to the right person. Jim J. (Sales Manager) is very quick and direct about juggling the #s and totally respects that I do my homework. The finance department always informs me of available of upscale products but doesn't try to force them on me. Joel and the rest of the service team have never let me down. Enthusiastic ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Reedman Toll. We have found our Dealer for Life.

Nice people , pros at what you do, but overall the experience was still dreadful,. We've owned several Subarus and we've bought a few from Rafferty. Never again. Hours wasted because you were completely unprepared for our initial visit and for the car pickup. Initial trade in value was down right insulting. Zach Preston is a fine young man but the rest of the experience was beyond poor.

Overall would not recommend Lancaster Subaru from sales to service. Love Subaru's but this dealership is more interested in $$ than customers. Dealership recommended an auto repair that didn't have the right software to calibrate the eye sight system for vehicle and sales person was absolutely no help in fact RUDE! Subaru of America did reimburse me for some of the cost of a second calibration (so what does that tell you). Had 30,000 mile checkup that was quoted at $720 estimate and they said would discount for free oil change card punched. Final bill was $798 and had different service person who could not adequately explain the bill and reluctantly gave me a whopping $25 off. WILL NOT GO BACK
