Spoke with Pat and he had gentleman from Service take car out for test drive and determined the feature was not operating due to a weak battery. He had the battery replaced and now the features are working well.

I will not buy a car or have a car serviced any where else. Service is always and I mean ALWAYS top notch. Same with sales. We have bought a few cars new and used from them and never once have we been disappointed. I can't say that about a few of the other dealerships.
