Over my career, I have had company vehicles from all of the major domestic car manufactures, including GM, Dodge, Chrysler, and Ford. By far, Ms. Rockey has been the epitome of what a professional adviser should be for the client, keeping them up to speed on the process and anticipated timelines of the mechanics in the shop, making suggestions, answering questions, and most importantly, keeping the client advised throughout the process. I would certainly use her as a mentor / coach for new aspiring advisers. Kenny Ross Ford South is lucky to have her on staff. More

Initially, my visit didn't start off as planned. My car was misdiagnosed with having a bad water pump. I choose to replace it myself and after the repair my car was still making a horrific noise fro My car was misdiagnosed with having a bad water pump. I choose to replace it myself and after the repair my car was still making a horrific noise from the engine compartment. I choose to have it towed back to the dealership to be looked at again. It was diagnosed as having a bad flywheel. This is unfortunate because the engine on this car was replaced about 3 years ago and I put about 40,000 miles on it since then. Fortunately, the service manager was helpful in taking care of the problem and discounting the service for all of the inconvenience that was experienced. Plus included a rental vehicle. I received the car last Friday and all is well so far. More
