We initially went to a different dealership to look at a vehicle. We were very disappointed. We were out of town and decided to look at one more car before we went home. We decided to check out this car. I called and a salesperson who answered the phone told me to ask for him when I got there; he was busy with another customer. I walked iin he introduced himself Another person helped me the entire time. I don’t understand why the original person who told me to ask for his name was on all the paperwork when the other guy did all the work. The dealership itself was pretty good. I dealt with the sales manager and had a few questions for my salesperson. Stephen, help me. Stephen was very calm, helpful and nice at the end of the transaction. He said he would call me Monday to see how things are going I never received a call from him. That was a little disappointing. Other than that. My experience was pretty good.

Pickup went easily with the rest of the staff at Woltz & Wind, setting us up with a reasonable warranty and service plan, and filling out paperwork on the nice digital table. Excited to outfit our Transit 250 and have already put it to work on jobs this week. Looking forward to the regular maintenance support that Woltz & Wind will provide.
