Wow- customer service and decent people still exist. Roger Button just made this a bad situation so much better. I bought a car under a year ago here, found put the engine blew 12,000 miles in. Mini & Roger fixed the situation the best they could. I am trading in and buying a different from here now. After this problem and the way they handled it here at the dealership, I would have my children buy a car here.

Easy to work with. Never went to the dealership, never saw or drove used Ridgeline. Trusted the sales people and the pics online. Delivered to Eugene and picked up tradein. Easiest car purchase transaction ever for me. 2022 Ridgeline in beautiful condition, as advertised. Could use some more attention to cleaning it: leaves in trunk; sticky goop on seats; windshield inside smudged.

We bought our Outback from Lithia Subaru a number of years ago, before moving to Central Oregon. We have had nothing but issues with the dealership over here. They couldn't complete the work on our vehicle without a part. They did not call to let us know this fact. I am assuming they never ordered the part, as they said they would call when it was received, and we never got that call. This happened months ago. We finally decided if we wanted to have our car repaired and repaired right, we needed to go back to the dealer where we bought it. I called the service department of Lithia and got connected with Deseo Perez. We were going to be in Portland, and even though it was short notice, he was able to get us an appointment. Deseo provided excellent customer service. He went above and beyond and had us back on the road to Central Oregon much sooner than we expected. It is worth the drive to Oregon City for the peace of mind that our car will be repaired, and the repair will be done correctly. In closing, I want to recognize Deseo, Lithia's outstanding service advisor. He took excellent care of us!

A couple of weeks ago, I visited this dealership for a routine oil change, and my experience turned out to be far better than I could have imagined. During the service, something unexpectedly broke on my vehicle. and the team immediately took full responsibility and assured me they would take care of everything at no charge. Not only did they repair the issue completely free of charge, but they also provided me with a rental car for five full days at no cost while the repair was being completed. On top of that, they didn’t charge me for the oil change either. I walked away without paying a single dollar, which speaks volumes about the honesty, integrity, and customer first attitude of this dealership. shout out to Derik, Sam, Carson and Diego Loera for their professionalism and genuine care. They were upfront, transparent, and made sure I felt supported throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond, that gave me total peace of mind knowing my car was in good hands. I’ve purchased or leased at least a dozen vehicles from BMW of Portland and — Yes, it’s always 5 stars for me. New or used, buy or lease, I always go BMW at BMW of Portland. I love the dealership and for me, I go straight to Dave Krafsig, he has the knowledge and the integrity I look for in a sales rep. Usually one might say it doesn’t matter, they’re all the same but not when you’re talking about a car that will cost between $50-75 grand. It does matter and Dave cares, he really does, new or pre-owned (a term that means a lot when you’re talking BMW — which means certified in my book!! They get superb pre-owned vehicles there and I’ve bought them for my family (kids etc.) and one for an employee of my firm. All have been winners. I’ll always go back. Ask for Dave, you won’t regret it.
