Sales Mgr became defensive and refused to repair the chip I discovered the next day after I dropped it off to be detailed. Also had to argue about replacing the park assist sensor that was working fine before the detail. It was finally admitted that the young people who were new at detail probably didn't use caution when pressure washing and damaged the sensor. Again this was all after the sales person told us that if we found any issues after taking it home within the first I believe 48hrs by law they would work out.

My 2020 Ram 2500 had an exhaust system failure where the system failed to regenerate and continuing to drive it was not an option. The truck was dropped off just before closing on Tuesday night. I got a call mid afternoon mid Wednesday saying it was ready to go. Thankfully it was under warranty and many parts were replaced. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to Trevis, the service manager, his crew and the parts department. I did not expect it back this fast but most thankful that it is. Thanks to all those who had a hand in getting my truck back on the road

This is one of the worst delers. The service department makes you wait 90 minutes for a scheduled appointment. I bought free oil changes for life and really regrett it. They either make up repairs needed or they are totally incompetent. Buying from this dealership also sucked.
