Intake was ok, they didn't have my reservation because it was made via A.I. phone system. They found it but the process wasn't seamless. Car completed on-time. Service Advisor committed to identify why he was incorrect in something he told me and call me back the next day. No returned call yet.

These guys are great. Nicole in Service single handedly brought me back by being professional kind respectful and helpful and knowledgeable. I hated this old dealer and quit going there after buying 2 cars and getting service there but the old sales dept gouged and I didn’t trust the service department. It seems they have new owners and new employees. After speaking with Nicole who has only been there 2 years I felt confident again that I would be treated well and my car well cared for. I took it for an over due service and they have turned me back to using them again. I am so thankful because having a local dealer is so much easier and freeing.
