I want to take a moment to brag about my service representative, Hannah. She was absolutely outstanding in helping me resolve a recent concern with my vehicle.
My car recently reached 30k miles and received a clean bill of health during it last oil change 2 weeks prior to the malfunction indicator light suddenly coming on. Hannah immediately put my mind at ease - she assured me that the service team had identified the issue and would repair the faulty valve as soon as possible.
Throughout the process, Hannah kept me informed every step of the way and took the time to clearly explain what was happening. Her professionalism, communication, and customer care were exceptional.
I've worked in HR for 30 years, and it's easy to recognize a truly exceptional employee - Hannah is one of them! Please make sure she receives the recognition she deserves.
I also want to extend my thanks to the entire Tulsa Hyundai service team. Every time I came in, I was greeted warmly and treated well.
