I have absolutely no complaints. Easton did a great job listening to my needs on my next car. Brian and Parker really took care of me and making sure I got into the car I wanted and making sure I got what I was looking for in payment. The best team and I couldn't thank them enough for their help and making it possible to drive off with a new 2025 Tucson. I'm for sure recommending family and friends to see these guys.

Salesman was professional and stayed focused on us throughout the time we were there and purchasing the car. He answered all questions we had. He helped us to set up our phones to the navigation system, even though it took several tries. He did not give up or just send us on our way. David, in the finance department, was also very professional and friendly. He worked quickly and made himself available for questions during and after. Both Jaren and David gave us their cards so we could call with follow-up questions as we go along.

She answered the phone and was able to find the vehicle we were looking for and we set an appointment for the next day to test. Please set an appointment with her to allow the time to find what you need. We arrived and asked for her specifically. She had the requested vehicle ready for a test drive, which we took. The vehicle was just as advertised and the pictures were accurate. She walked us through the paperwork and completed the process and we drove the vehicle home. There were some after the sale issues that she quickly handled to complete the process. Wow is all I can say! Thanks to the Bob Howard team for hiring a female in a male dominated profession, that takes courage. Had a great experience purchasing a new Santa Fe from Carter County Hyundai. Came late on a Friday night and they were extremely friendly and happy to have us look without any sense of rush. Came back the next day and they had the cars we wanted to look at again pulled up and ready to go for us. The paperwork/finance portion was the most efficient and easy going that I've ever had purchasing a car. Met everyone from our great salesman to the owner of the dealership. Octavius and Camron were super to work with as was the general manager. Never felt like they were pressuring or misleading us. Would definitely return for next purchase.
