We have attempted to contact the owner of the vehicle several times to provide this update and walk through the next steps. We are under the impression the Palisade as been brought to our service dept to repair the Sun Roof. We hope that the clears the misunderstanding. We also want to be very clear that the claims suggesting this was a scam or that we do not support military members are simply not accurate.
