made an appointment to have our EDGE serviced.......we met with Matt who advised us it would take several days before the car could be serviced. The very next day we received a call from him to bring the car back....he arranged for a rental and the service began.....tire rotation and balance issues were addressed and corrected....GPS computer monitoring was completed....Matt treated us like family and made certain everything was working properly for our "long drive to New York." ... .he painstakingly synced our phones to the cars GPS and made sure everything was PERFECT before we left the lot...we are so appreciative of Matt's expertise and customer service!

I had seen a used car I was interested in on their website. When I called to inquire about it, my work schedule did not allow me to go look at it. So the Sales Manager, Joe Joiner had Miss Bonni, a sales consultant drive the car to me at work. Very impressed with the customer service. I also thought I would be there for hour's to do the finance part. It didn't take long at all, and off I went with My new vehicle.

NEW REVIEW FIXED: Got a phone call from the Director of Finance Shawn, to go over the paperwork and mishandling. They took full responsibility of the mistakes they had made. They are giving me the refund that I had requested minus the miles I drove on the vehicle. Pleased that it is resolved within the time frame it was. Note to everyone and self look over ALL paperwork to make sure it is proper and correct the first time, I.e miles, dates, monies and time frame. Thank you Shawn for talking with me and getting everything squared away. BACKSTORY: Went to the dealership to get a used vehicle ended up getting a 2020 Lincoln Continental. The salesman was very helpful and nice. Went in July 13, 2024 Everything seemed well until I traded in the vehicle. The finance department is where it gets fishy and weary. Went to get a refund for my warranty that I paid $5,000 for only to find out that they lied on their paperwork. Warranty company said I only get $2,900 back and that the warranty expires in December of 2025. I asked how when I only had the car for 7 months. The representative replied with it’s only a 17 month contract. It DOES NOT state this in my contract. The dealership NEVER relayed any of this information to me. I have called numerous of times to talk with finance and no one has called me back. They put that I got the car in 12/03/2019. My signature is on the paper with a date of 07/13/2024. The absolute worst when communicating with them. Passed around or no call backs. I was given an attitude when called to speak to someone higher. They owe me more than the $2,900 as I was NOT the original owner and they lied in the warranty paperwork.

As anyone knows that dealerships promise you the moon when they are selling you a new car. I always say let us see how you are after the sell on your promises. This dealership has a list of what you get when you buy from them. Free oil changes for the life of the automobile is just one of these perks and they changed it to as many times as you need instead of 3 a year. This is when they are going to start to tell you how they will come to your house and pickup your automobile and drop off a automobile comparable to yours while they service it. ( I even asked if it was going to be a Prius jokingly) I bought a new 2024 F250 King Ranch ($95,000). Now the kicker for me is when I called to schedule the oil change (after being prompted by them with text messages) I asked them to pick it up and drop off a vehicle on a Monday over the phone. Tuesday they are asking for conformation for the scheduled oil change on Wednesday, I asked about the vehicle they were dropping off when they picked mine up. And they say they don't have any available. I call my salesman (Alan Reece) and he dances around and says he wants me to be happy and he will take care of it and call me back. Well no fix and no call back. I hope that if anyone has to deal with this dealership that they ask for everything that comes out of their mouth in writing as far as what they promise. When you walk out that door and the customer service you were promised is gone up in the clouds, you sure wished that you shopped somewhere else...I know I am wishing I went somewhere else. Just to let you know that they were advertising a different truck on the internet that I scheduled a appointment to look at, no they did not advertise that it went through a hail storm...waited for me to drive there and see it. Should have been my first sign of dishonesty. If this gives you cause to shop elsewhere, maybe you will not be angry with yourself for buying into the lies. Have a blessed day all!

Contacted Marcus about coming out to see a vehicle. While driving he calls and says someone else is looking at it and to wait 30 min and he would call me back. Waited over an hour with no call back, called him back, he said he forgot and to give him 10-15 min and he would call me back and let me know. Waited more than 30 min with no call back. Sent him an email that if the vehicle was still there by Saturday to let me know. If Billingsley doesn't want my business I don't see how they can stay in business with this kind of service.......
