This has been an incredibly frustrating experience with the service at this dealership. I had hoped for better, given that it's a Ford, but the reality has been disappointing.
I was informed that a part controlling the heat and air was faulty, with a quoted fix of $350 and the assurance that it could be done while I waited. Instead, after three days and four unanswered messages, the cost skyrocketed to nearly $3,000. To make matters worse, I previously endured a full system rebuild that cost me $17,000, only to have the fuel line rupture a week later. They had just fixed the fuel line, yet now they wanted an additional $3,300 to address the issue again. The calculations are hard to ignore.
When I raised my concerns, I was met with laughter from staff, which only added to my frustration. Avoid doing business here—I'm not the only one who feels this way. I had to give them a star to leave this review, but they certainly don’t deserve it.
