Hudiburg Ford

We are from Kansas and found a GMC Acadia online. I began working with John Gorman, and we drove 4 hours on 5/22/2026 to purchase the vehicle. Before we arrived, John told us the car would be waiting for us. At no point did he ever disclose that the vehicle had hail damage. When we arrived, John happened to be out of the office, and the representative we were referred to was of no help. Instead of assisting us, he spent most of the time talking about his military background. After test-driving the vehicle and realizing the condition issues, we met with Bill to express our frustrations. Bill apologized and assured us they would “make it right.” He specifically told us they would repair the hail damage, remove the vehicle from the website, and deliver the vehicle to us in Kansas once repairs were completed. On Monday, John texted me, apparently unaware of everything that had happened. I explained the situation to him. Then on Tuesday, 5/26/2026, I followed up to ask when we could expect the vehicle to be repaired and delivered. That is when John informed us they had SOLD the vehicle after we left. We are completely shocked and disappointed. We were promised the vehicle would be fixed, taken off the website, and delivered to us — only to find out it was sold without anyone even having the respect to call us and let us know. To make matters worse, Bill later stated that I “shouldn't be cussing and upset with this company.” That alone says a lot about how this situation was handled. I am currently waiting on a call from Zach Wells to discuss this matter further. I will also be sharing this experience on every website where this dealership lists vehicles, so other customers do not go through what we did. More

I made a deal on a transit van on 11 14 25. I traded in an f150 and had equity on the vehicle Hudiburg Ford is responsible for paying me the difference of my trade-in and when I put down on th I traded in an f150 and had equity on the vehicle Hudiburg Ford is responsible for paying me the difference of my trade-in and when I put down on the van, it is now been a month and a half and I still haven’t received any payment on my trade-in equity every time I contact someone from the dealership I get a different excuse of why they can’t. It’s because the bank hasn’t paid it off. It’s because they haven’t received the title from the other bank, but nothing that has anything to do with me last contacted Bill, which is supposedly a manager there said they would be mailing a check on the 16th. It is now the 24th of December and haven’t received anything so my opinion no one should do business with these people. I can’t believe they call themselves a professional ford dealership. Do not do business with them! More
