Made an appt 2 weeks ago for 3/27/26. This needs to be mentioned when booking apps. I could have dropped it off on Monday and picked it up at the same time and not been without my truck over a 3 day weekend. Competing dealer is wrapping it up now, same day no appt. Do better when communicating with customers so we can plan accordingly. More

Bob Moore Ford shows zero concern for customers once the sale is complete. The managers and sales staff were completely unhelpful, and they refuse to stand behind the wrecked, unsafe truck they sold me. The sale is complete. They pushed the paperwork through before disclosing the accident, and now they won’t take responsibility for the vibration, shaking, and safety issues the truck has. Multiple dealers won’t even take it on trade because of the accident history. Buyer beware—inspect everything and make sure you are completely satisfied before signing anything, because they won’t help you afterward. More
