Set up appointment to see vehicle a week earlyer, got there vehicle not clean . Pushed to buy ( 2nd bad sign ) . Waited 2 days to be cleaned and checked out ! On way home after buying it , check engine light on. Didn't want to have them look at it ( no trust in them at all !! ) . I've now put over $3000.00 in fixing a 2019 vehicle. Vehicle wasn't checked out at all , possibly oil change , not sure if they even did that.

I bought my 2021 Kia soul about 2 months ago first of all they were going to fix a tire that never got fixed they were going to give me a key a second key that is and I never did get the key so then when I went back to get the key they told me what acel cut you on like that's my responsibility to get a key that should have came with my car so to make this long story short I get a transmission problem and here's where the troubles begin this dealership has no work ethic they have no way of taking care of their people they don't even understand how to take care of the people never offered me a loaner car sent me out the door to another dealership because their lack of knowledge to figure out how to fix the car themselves. Oh wait I was told that they don't have the equipment to repair Kia so my word was why would you sell me something that you don't even know how to fix of course you know how it is they'll sell you anything to get you out the door but once you're out the door you're done So here I sat for 3 hours waiting on a tow truck and now I sat again in my car at a different dealership with no loaner car and no rent a car and I guess this is where I'll be for the night thanks SVG I'll never buy another car from you ever again it was the worst experience I've ever had in my life and I've bought hundreds and thousands of dollars worth of cars from xx Mary's Chrysler in xx Mary's Ohio and them's the best people that I've ever ran into in my life they are top-notch quality and I sure miss them. I don't believe any dealer would leave a man standing with 3 days of no work because of their vehicle and still not make them have a loaner car or put effort into helping them it's unbelievable I've never seen anything like it folks please don't ever buy from them it's a real joke very unprofessional

Dishonest, Shady business on a 2005 Jeep Liberty Sport - roland.willock

Rollback the odometer on a 2003 Jeep Liberty. When questioned the incongruence. Frank Faragone stated that it was a typographical error on the car fax report and that if I wasn't satisfied with the car when I picked it up I would get my money back. I sent my brother to pick get the car because I was traveling at the time. He found a car that was smoking and driving very rough. He told them the car was unacceptable and was told in return that it was a done deal even after what Frank. My brother loudly told them that he was not going take smoking and rough car. Frank, realizing that there were other customers on site and didn't want them to know of there dishonesty and shady business, reluctantly wrote on the "I owe you" about the smoking and rough driving. I took the car to a mechanic who found a leaking valve cover gasket, two burnt cylinders with blown head gasket, a leaking corroded fuel rail with two completely clogged fuel injectors, stop leak and saw dust found in transmission. Called the Scott at Autos direct who told me to fax the invoice of the defects and repairs which I did. I have not gotten response from them since. Beware and Stay away from this dealer.

TERRIBLE! Do NOT buy a car from this dealership. We negotiated a price on a Ford pickup, put a deposit down, and scheduled a date/time to pick up the truck. When we came to buy the truck with a certified check for the invoiced amount, the Sales Manager said he forgot to remove a trade-in quote from the deal and wanted $4000 more. We had the invoice and he refused to honor the price he agreed to on Saturday. A complete scam!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A deal should be a deal but NOT at SVG GMC Springfield!

I bought a travel trailer from Holman and I highly recommend them. My salesman was helpful and responsive to my list of things I was looking for in a new trailer. Their selection was second to none. The other salesmen were very helpful. At the walk through all my questions were answered and I was able to test everything I wanted to. The trade in process was easy and they had the best price. When it was time to make the purchase the cashier made the whole process as smooth as silk. I searched for months at many other dealers all over the Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky area but none came close to matching the level of customer service I found at Holman. In fact, it was just by luck I became aware of Holman through an internet search but in the future when I am in the market for any kind of vehicle I will be checking Holman Motors out first. They are an hour from where I live but are well worth the drive.

I'm sorry I can not say the same for Englewood Ford who was anxious to sell but follow up nearly did not exist. I still cannot get a call back though I left many messages. But Colin at Lincoln of Cincinnati has made the last several weeks bearable and enjoyable with his kindness, understanding and constant help to guide me through this transaction. I also met Amy the newest member of their team who is top shelf in personal relations. A shout out to Roger in service for his amiable ways and care. I must say Colin was the best at what he does and I will continue as a fan of Lincoln of Cincinnati. We will do business in the future I am sure and all of this is the result of someone willing to help a customer with a problem and all I did was get a warrantee detail on my car. Every business has problems on occasion but I am confident this dealership will go to great lengths to solve it in a fair and equitable manner. Love the people and their kindness to me! The worst car I ever owned was from here. From the lying salesman. That told us he had to tell Scott he won't sell crap on his lot. I didn't catch on then as I should have. So we drove a 2011 pathfinder off the lot to find it's never been looked over. So they says we don't have a mechanic bring it back for a day, so we can fix it. Well we did. That day turned to 7 weeks. Blowing us off daily not returning calls. The entire rear sub frame rotted out. The entire shock system as well. So they said it's in tip top shape cmon down and get your car. So we get there. To be told we can not drive the car off the lot due to plates expired. While in their possession. We had to argue to even leave to go get plates immediately. As we did get those. So we get to our driveway 23 mins away from shook. Check engine light comes on. Never had it Happened before. So we took it directly to a Nissan dealership. For warranty purposes. Nissan said we're minutes away from the entrie tires falling off and breaking a lot more, items under the cars front end. And gas was very apparent with the smell. So they said it been cut. I called Scott and he said we were subject to thieves due to where we live. CANTON OHIO...!!! Well shook said the never touched the gas tank we hit something. Which never happened. So they started to blame us more said the city we live in someone obviously tried to steal gas. WOW JUST WOW...!! THIS IS DIRECT FROM THE Ownership...! AND HOW YOU WILL BE TREATED...!The entire rear suspension rotted out. The front tie rods ball joints entirely busted out. And busted gas line on top of the gas tank. We have cameras on our vehicle and our home for safety. No one was around our car all night day. So after Nissan fixes the car correct we will have an amazing vehicle. Non of it is thanks from shook auto. So now we have gotten the report and damages we were sold with the car. They never touched looked at in any way shape or form. So we have no choice but to approach the attorney general now for help. Because shook hasn't been responsible for what they should have done before we eve stepped foot on the lot to be able to buy a broken down lemon like this one. Never will I tell anyone to go here. Thank God I have to deal with a bank and never has to deal with shook again any way shape or form. Good riddance...!!!!
