NO communication or follow up from Joe; Sales, Terry; Sales Manager, Brandon ; Finance or Bob the GM. More than 20 days have lapsed since I made the Yark team aware in writing and verbally that I was canceling the intent to purchase a 2025 Crown Signia AND repeatedly requested the $1000 deposit refund. I have written communication that the deposit was fully refundable (minus the 3% CC fee) yet have had every follow up message ignored. Thankfully after sending emails to Terry Barnes and Bob Piehl yesterday requesting a phone call, a Yark representative Ginger Morgan has sent several text messages that "our team is currently reviewing your refund request and all related communications. We are looking into this and will get back with you with the necessary details"
Buyer beware - the staff was very communicative in trying to close the sale but has not responded to one email, text or phone call to resolve the outstanding refund. If a team of 4+ can blatantly dismiss my repeat refund request, I cannot fathom the disregard a customer with sales or service issues may experience.
