I found myself stranded in the Youngstown area after getting off the turnpike. My check engine light came on, starting flashing and my car wanted to stall. I worked with service rep Heather at Preston Hyundai and she took incredible care of me. They were super busy with appointments and other emergencies but she was great with me and took my car in promising to keep me updated. I had to leave the car for the week and with the Thanksgiving holiday involved, I had it back in perfect shape. Thanks to this service department. I highly recommend.

Having my car serviced before vacationing in Tennessee for a week. After we got back home, the next day, there was a huge oil leak under my car! Thank God nothing happened to it in Tennessee. We found the oil filter not on properly. Probably won't be letting them service my car again. I did take pics!
