They didn't tighten the oil filter and it leaked a quart of oil on my driveway. That cost me a bag of oil dry and a quart of oil. 2 bad services from this place. Waited the hole day on 23rd no one called and passed by the company met the manager and stated the couldn't look at the car as the technician was busy with other stuff he is doing. 4. On 24th no one called I went again to customer service and the said the technician couldn't know what is the problem and he needs more time to investigate. Another day wasted. 5. On 25th again no call received, so I went the customer service and they said they couldn't program the computer andctge have to bring from their parts as original. I approved and stated to go ahead., but unfortunately the part will arrive on Friday including the weekend that was additional 6 days. 6. On Friday received a phone call the car is ready to and fully functional. Came and paid $786.65. As they stated the technician gave more than 2 hours on the car plus the prat cost. No problem paid in full. 7. Received the car and no body new what is the warranty on the part as I have to as three times as it didn't make sense a one year warranty. 8. The original part which brought from autozone was missing and had to come back to request to bring it. As I can return it. Though I reminded them when I gave the approval to buy the parts to put in box to return it. 9. The owner of the car drove took it home and then I discovered that A. The radio is not connected. B. The cover of the fuse on the passenger side left open uncovered. C. The wheel cover from passenger side left open without putting the plastic screws on them. D. The car was not washed. As a normal standard from the dealer they wash the car from out side which is not a big issue. 10. On Saturday went to the dealer and he stated no technician is available as only on Saturday they just change oil. He said come on Monday.. Facts and issues 1. An appointment was given and didn't have the curtesy to notify me neither was committed to. 2. Unprofessional and efficiency technician/procedures to examin and close the job order. As his supervisor to check if the job is done in appropriate timely manner completed professionally. 3. Received from the service department with no customer focus attention as they are overwhelmed with the job they have and couldn't give more than maximum 1-2 minutes of their time with given me the feeling ( I am not free for you) 4. I was told initially cost out of the door approximately $215 including. Surprisingly I paid approximately the amount stated above. As standard procedure you need to give a heads up that it might cost you this much excluding the parts as it was stated to me before I approved it. 5. No apologies was stated on the drawback/mistake of the technical department. And very simple come on Monday and let's hope that the same technician he will attend to the car as we don't want someone else and wast more time on the car to discover what mistake he did. He is worried about his staff time. But my time no body cares no customer satisfaction. We had a problem with our emission system and had it fixed by our mechanic in 2024. Afterwards, we received a letter from Buick talking about a recall on the emission system. We brought the paperwork to Travis, who turned it in for a reimbursement as the problem was the same as the recall. Unfortunately, Travis lost the only copy we had of the letter and our mechanic’s receipt. He re-submitted the paperwork, but then we were rejected. He mentioned something about the cutoff for reimbursement being 2020. We are very unhappy about this result. How do we get a letter in 2024 with a requirement that expires in 2020? Further, with the original letter gone, how can we properly discuss our case with anyone? We would like to discuss this with someone either higher up at your dealership, or with someone at Buick. We were told all along in the process that this item would be reimbursed. More

No one knew the status and asked if I needed the car or can it stay overnight. I optioned to leave it. Wednesday 2:15pm I called to check status. No one knew the status. At 2:45pm I receive text; My car repair was assigned to a worker that was scheduled to be off that day but reassigned to someone else. That person had an emergency off day Wednesday. The original person was working on another car’s engine Wednesday. So I now call… why work assigned to someone scheduled off ? Why not reassigned back when emergency came up ? When are you going to call me if it is a hub or something else ? Unknown will have service call me back. One hr later still no call so I call back. They find service agent who says they’ll let me know tomorrow. WHAT ???? What was done yesterday ? He does not know because he cannot get to the quote on the computer. Why I have no idea. So the car stays another night. Received an answer Thursday morning and car was then ready just after 4pm. Car rides fine so I assume the repair was done correctly. One last thing…we always had our work done at dealer, Bigelow, Axelrod. They ALWAYS washed the car before our pickup. I did not bring it up to anyone when I picked the car up.
