I wish I had asked more individuals for their names, but every person I encountered at Spitzer of Mansfield was wicked nice. They never give me a hard time when I'm running late to get my oil changed. Tim took the time to answer every single (fairly stupid) question I had, including showing me the location of my windshield washer reservoir... which was super obvious... after also showing me how to open the hood. They even gave my Jeep its first desperately needed bath. I wouldn't take the time to write a novella-length comment if I didn't appreciate their customer service. .

This past week was no exception; I brought the car in for diagnostic evaluation of an issue that developed; Tony, my service rep, discovered a problem that was too costly to repair on a car of this age. I have researched leasing vs ownership and decided to lease a vehicle at this time. Ryan, the sales manager, Grant my product specialist and Justin, my finance manager helped me navigate through the process with ease. In about 4 hours, I drove home in a new vehicle. My experience with Victory Toyota has been outstanding. I look forward to continuing this relationship in the years ahead.
