The folks in the service shop on LeJeune Blvd were friendly and professional! The comfy chairs and couches in the waiting room are an upgrade from my previous waiting room experiences! They could benefit from ambient lighting and moving away from the fluorescent lighting in those areas but it didn’t detract from my experience.

The Service Manager stepped up and dealt with the Extended Warranty Company on my behalf to ensure I received proper treatment regarding a Transmission Replacement. Danny also ensured that I had the use of a loaner car for the three weeks I was without my vehicle. My vehicle was returned in excellent condition and running better than ever. They even washed the car and brightened the wheels and tires. Nicely done!

Extremely pleased. Even though it took a day longer and a bit more expensive than originally quoted, the entire process was a breeze. From driving me back home after having to leave the vehicle overnight to delivering the vehicle to my home the next day. Excellent experience and I will definitely be using Crossroads Ford in the future.

Can always depend on Tommy and his staff for quick and efficient service. Recently took one of my vehicles to be serviced; was greeted warmly, rep quickly got my vehicle back to the service area. Staff located an issue with my battery, which just happen to still be under warranty. This probably would have been overlooked at most dealerships.

Very busy place, but managed to get my car in and fortunately had it fixed in three days. The only downside we ran into was that we were stuck at the dealership all day because there were no rental cars available in Elizabeth City! The dealership did shuttle us home at the end of the day. Another plus for them.
