Dennis and his staff are first class in customer service. Several years ago I had an issue with newer Trail Boss transmission that I bought at another dealer. Sunshine was the only Chevrolet dealership I could find in NC or SC that was willing to get the truck in and diagnosed and not be weeks waiting. Since then I have purchased 2 more vehicles from Sunshine and all my vehicles (4) get serviced at Sunshine.

The service staff were courteous and professional. The technician was highly skilled and experienced. I was constantly kept updated on problems and progress through phone calls, emails and videos. Cost estimates and additional work approvals were submitted as needed. Although my repairs were extensive and costly, I felt that it was of the highest quality and fairly priced.

With 42 being the highest and 37 being the lowest. Maybe next time we can do a little better

End of June 2025, we are driving home and passing through Sanford NC. The "Check Engine Oil" indicator comes ON. Very fortunately, a GOOGLE search on my phone finds Hiester CJDR only 6 miiles from my location. Got to the dealership OK, went to Service Office, and met Bill Perry. I explained our emergency, he was able to immediately get the JEEP into a repair slot. The Technician Mr. Garcia-Alcantar found the oil pressure sensor had split and was leaking oil..... So, new part installed, an oil change and a new filter, and a complete complimentary Factory Multi-Point inspection, and we were on our way. 6 hours later we arrived home, the JEEP ran flawlessly. I highly recommend this dealership and its attention to customer service. Also, it is a great location near my kids, should I ever need any maintenace done on my JEEP. Thank you to all the crew at Hiester CJDR, this was a superior and worry-free experience. - Mark S.
