My husband and I ordered our 2024 Ford Maverick Hybred from Boyd Automotive in July 2023. Throughout the waiting process, Jason kept us informed of the build-status of our vehicle and was very willing to answer our questions. We received delivery of the truck on May 30th. Jason and the team were extremely helpful, made sure everything was just the way we had ordered it, took time to review the truck with us so that driving would be easy. I am the primary driver and just love it! We took off from Durham to Florida for a trip the day after delivery. The truck performed very well then, and has since. I highly recommend Boyd Automotive to anyone looking for a Ford vehicle; in fact, I did recommend to a friend of church already!

I decided to fly down to Charlotte to see the car, and he met me early in the morning to take me for a test drive. He drove me through downtown Charlotte so I could see what it was like! The car was immaculate, and I purchased it in less than two hours. Lamont was extremely knowledgeable, professional, gracious, and trustworthy. I flew back to Seattle, and he worked through the shipping arrangements with the shipping company after an issue with the first pickup. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase a car from Lamont - he's a straight shooter!

unbelievable how this company treats its customers. had a head gasket done on my civic late 2023...nearly 1 year later and cylinder #3 leaking again.. due to bad practice of never changing the stretch head bolts. Honda refuses to cover service charger for there mistake. may have to change car brands because this is crazy unacceptable. almost a $4000 job
