Dear Mr. Hickman, I had the pleasure of meeting Jordan Lasure; service advisor, last month. After visiting many dealerships, Jordan listened to my plea and had no issue assisting me in finding a solution to repair my 2005 Chevrolet SSR Pickup Truck. He introduced me to one of your mechanics that was familiar with this classic vehicle. His knowledge of and expert troubleshooting was impressive to say the least. Jordan is an excellent communicator who kept me informed during repairs. I picked up my vehicle better then I left it. I did this review because Jordan wouldn’t let me walk away unsatisfied. His can do attitude won me over immediately! Everyone in the service department was professional and treated me with respect every time I visited service. I felt like a new truck owner, but knowing Chevrolet still has a 19 year old truck on the road is a true testimonial they build great vehicles. I’m really not a review customer but felt you needed honest feedback that Parks Chevrolet Huntersville got it right. You all have earned my loyalty. As a retired Marine, recognizing a job done well, above and beyond expectations deserves the highest compliment from the public. I hope you will recognize them as well. Great service. Shannon, my advisor kept me posted on my Jeep and advised me on what was needed for my 30,000 mile needs for my vehicle. Also, she took the time to tell me about their tire special and recommend some tires as well as giving me a printed copy of some possible tires. She was a great service advisor.

I'm usually the one to read reviews and not leave them, but I have to leave a review for this dealership and especially for Ray Johnson. I had a negative experience at a Chevy dealership in Raleigh, so I decided to drive 1.5 hours to Fayetteville to work with Ray. Reed-Lallier had good reviews on various websites and Ray's name had appeared in several of the reviews. All the reviews are true-great dealership! Everyone was very professional and friendly, and it did not seem like anyone was rushing us to make a purchase (especially since I also had my 1.5 year old at the car appointment too). Ray made sure I understood all the paperwork, how all the tech/settings worked in the car, and was willing to work with us on the price of the car/trade-in. I really appreciated all the time Ray took with us! If I ever decided to buy another car or someone asked me about a Chevy dealership, I would 100% recommend Reed-Lallier and Ray Johnson. Worth the drive!

My husband and I ordered our 2024 Ford Maverick Hybred from Boyd Automotive in July 2023. Throughout the waiting process, Jason kept us informed of the build-status of our vehicle and was very willing to answer our questions. We received delivery of the truck on May 30th. Jason and the team were extremely helpful, made sure everything was just the way we had ordered it, took time to review the truck with us so that driving would be easy. I am the primary driver and just love it! We took off from Durham to Florida for a trip the day after delivery. The truck performed very well then, and has since. I highly recommend Boyd Automotive to anyone looking for a Ford vehicle; in fact, I did recommend to a friend of church already!

Worse experience I've ever had at a dealership repair shop. They took my money and didn't fix anything that was wrong with the car. All they did was a tune-up and water pump, after which the car still wasn't running, and they took $3,400 to do nothing to make the car run. I even had to take it to another mechanic for an additional $2,100 of repairs, totaling $5,500 for something that should have cost only $800. Biggest fail in the history of all repair shop fails. They think they should get a participation trophy (ie. your money) just for trying to repair your car, not actually fixing it, but just for trying. There is something wrong with that kind of thinking. It makes them unethical and not trust worthy, and they will not work with you to actually fix your car after they've done nothing to fix it but still taking your money. And they will blame you and make excuses and then do nothing but take the money and run and leave you with a car that's not fixed.

I usually do not leave reviews about things but just had to share, I Had a great experience at this dealership, especially thanks to Kenny who took good care of me, I did not feel pressured or pressed to buy. They also had the jeep gladiator Mojave in a specific trim level I was looking for at a great price in stock. Will return for future car purchase again!
