Love this dealership. My husband and I have been doing business here for several years. Madison our sale rep and Jerrea in Finance were amazing. I loved that Madison understood that I'm extremely vehicle savvy for a lady and knew exactly what we wanted. She didn't try to push us into a direction we weren't willing to go. She was super respectful, easy to work with, gained my trust (without false flattery) almost immediately and was very knowledgeable. Her attention to detail was incredible. I've had salespeople at other dealerships more concerned about their lipstick, their hair, what I'm wearing, acting like we are their long-lost best friends, and going on about how "pretty the vehicle is", or even not talking to me/turning their back on me and talking only to my husband/one even said, "Ma'am your husband can answer your engine question". One manager at Steve Parks in South Charlotte kept trying to hug me at each visit and rub my back/tried to give me a massage... we've never been back. Not Madison or Jerrae, they treated us both with a respect and professionalism that can't be taught in a conference room training session (trust me I work for a worldwide company and have seen office staff fail miserably after those PowerPoint sessions). They were both there to make this day about fulfilling our vehicle wish list at a price our family could afford. This is super important to my husband and myself. If we don't like the salesperon or the manager we have walked out the doors in the past. The fact that we stayed and bought the vehicle (the only one we looked at) within 3 hours should tell you those 2 are doing it the right way. To say they exceeded our expectations is an understatement. More
