Justin, Tommy and Ivan were so accommodating to what I was looking for and what I was able to afford. They explained all and made the process so easy and stress free. I was sold a 2018 Honda Accord Sport with 80k miles in July 2024. now in January 2025 my car has had 5 Service repairs (Transmission, Headgasket, Flywheel, Oil Spoil Valve & Carbon Cleaning of Engine). I was clearly sold a Defective car which the Dealership refuses to help me with! These guys are crooks who dont mind selling you a Lemon.

Do not use the service department for anything! I brought my truck to have a simple clock spring replaced. The new spring is working great, but I ended up with a deep scratch on the clear plastic gauge pack cover. I was told by the service manager that they are not responsible for the damage. I was told that they would try buffing it but, if that didn't work I am out of luck. I was also told that the steering wheel is too far from the clear shield for it to be damaged by their tech . The average length screwdriver is 8 inches. More than long enough to do this damage. I will no longer go to Greenwich ford.

Please stay away!! From a falsely advertised S4 and not working on the price when called out, to stripping the license plate bracket and trying to replace it with a rusty used one a month later, to not having the car registered for almost if not 2 months, to trying to convince me to drive the car unregistered with a “official dealership letter to show police” to selling a car with a bad waterpump, to refusing to allow purchase of the car without “Nitrofill.” This dealership is a disgrace to the Audi legacy. Take the reviews seriously unlike I did. Please. Save yourself the biggest headache purchasing a vehicle you’ve ever had.

I purchased a car from Riverhead Toyota very recently, my salesman was Ali Shah. Ali was very, very helpful in my decision to purchase a Rav4 vehicle that was for sale at Riverhead Toyota dealership. The first thing was the dealer location was approximately 2 hours driving distance from where I live. I asked Ali if he could send me a phone recording of the car and he did. I explained that the distance was a barrier to the sale because if I didn't like the car or something went awry with my trade-in purchase, I could have taken a rather long trip for nothing. Ali obliged to drive the car to me. After seeing the car on video and reading the Carfax report everything looked great. I also provide photos of my trade-in vehicle and it was also in pristine condition. Ali dropped the vehicle off to me, we did the paperwork and exchanged keys and I have to tell you I got the car of my dreams only because of Ali. Thank you, Ali. The sales part of this company is amazing. Frank went out of his way to do everything he could to make the car buying process as easy as possible... the service center on the other hand is a joke. I needed some work done and Brett asked me if I could be there at 8 o’clock. I told him no and it would have to be 8:30-8:45 and we agreed on that time. Fast forward 1 week to my appointment I walked in at 8:43 and was greeted with a snippy attitude and was informed that I was suppose to be there at 8. Brett took my car into the shop and proceeded to bad mouth me to another person in the shop and talk about how mad he is. Very unprofessional service and I will never be returning here again.

Marcus was my salesman and he was outstanding! He was funny, nice, and listened to everything I said. He did not try to speak over me, did not try to push me into something I didn't want or couldn't afford. He was helpful and thorough.
