Worst place to buy a car. I bought a car at the end of September 2023. Eight months later, I still have no title. The title they tried to give me has an 8k mile difference from what is on the car. When I spoke with them in February, they were going to fix it. I have called countless times and left messages. They reject my call and refuse to call me back to fix this error.

Highly Disappointed with the sales department. Tico told me that the car I purchased was eligible for a EV tax credit, but he lied. Cars that are leased and are not assembled in the US are not eligible. My car was delivered with a huge chip, covered in paint. No one will take responsibility to repair this. Even the sales manager does not follow through after the sale. It’s too bad the owner is not aware of these issues. Karp ‘s best employee is Donna who helped me with paperwork I needed. She gets 10 stars.

My salesperson EMILY PEREZ was absolutely amazing making me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. Her patience and understanding with me made me realize I was making the right decision, she was just awesome. I have had bad experiences in other dealerships in the past and this by far was the best experience I’ve ever had. Brought my CX90 in for service after making an appointment. Dropped the car off at 7:30. They ubered me home. Late that afternoon they called to tell me the car was ready. They did a bunch of recalls and updates along with a service package for 15K miles. Did a video inspection of the car that they sent to my cell phone. They sent an uber to pick me up. Every thing went very smoothly.

Armory has Matt in the finance department that goes over everything with you so when you leave there with your vehicle you know everything has been taken care of. It’s nice to feel that you’ve been taken care of by someone who’s watching out for you.

Red flags everywhere. This is why people buy from CarMax. Fees: They advertise as a no fee dealer, which is completely inaccurate. I was informed over the phone of a $175 dealer. I saw negative reviews about hidden Lojack fees, which I asked about. The "manager" acted like he didn't know what Lojack was, and said there would be no such thing. I then get the price quote and it had the $175 dealer doc fee, a $1,495 Lojack fee, and $513 in other fees. I asked for an explanation on the latter two fees and never got a response. Vehicle Condition: The online photo was manipulated to make damage far less visible. I asked twice if there was any cosmetic damage I should know about, and was told no. Not until asking a 3rd time was I informed that the passenger side had been side swiped and never repaired. The door needs sheet metal work and the paint will be significant enough to require blending across the side panels. Comparing the iphone photo of the damage to the website photo, the photo editing is apparent. They then stopped answering my questions when asking about the damage. Communication: Very poor. Lack of follow up and lack of enthusiasm for the customer and the business. When a buyer has to force communication to discuss a vehicle, your dealership culture is broken. Overall: Classic dealership behavior that has plagued the industry for years. No hustle. No integrity displayed in any interaction.
