As we have bought vehicle from Bob Johnson's in the past including LeRoy GMC so we decided to go to look at new Terrains. As there was a lot of road noise in the vehicle we drove our salesman advised that by putting $250 refundable hold they could bring a car from another dealership the next week. We did and waited. As it was the 4th of July week we called the next week and asked the status. We were told that it would be the middle or the end of the month. So we changed our minds and requested our cash deposit be returned to us. On 7/11 Kevin O'Brien called to say the car would be there in 15 days we said no thank you and on 7/19 he called to say it was there and again we said no thank you and once again asked for deposit. On July 23, I left Kevin a message asking why we hadn't received our REFUNDABLE deposit. He said it was mailed out and would send me an e-mail showing a copy of the check which he did. Upon review the check was dated for July 22, 2024. As of July 29th, we are not in receipt of our deposit. cc: BBB

The sales part of this company is amazing. Frank went out of his way to do everything he could to make the car buying process as easy as possible... the service center on the other hand is a joke. I needed some work done and Brett asked me if I could be there at 8 o’clock. I told him no and it would have to be 8:30-8:45 and we agreed on that time. Fast forward 1 week to my appointment I walked in at 8:43 and was greeted with a snippy attitude and was informed that I was suppose to be there at 8. Brett took my car into the shop and proceeded to bad mouth me to another person in the shop and talk about how mad he is. Very unprofessional service and I will never be returning here again.

I had such an amazing experience at FOGG'S! The people are all wonderful, kind, funny, hard working. The grounds are clean, neat and safe. The building was immaculate and welcoming. Marcus was my salesman and he was outstanding! He was funny, nice, and listened to everything I said. He did not try to speak over me, did not try to push me into something I didn't want or couldn't afford. He was helpful and thorough. I had had a very bad prior experience with a different car sales place so when I arrived I was a bit nervous and apprehensive. I am a female and I was by myself. I soon realized I had nothing to worry about at FOGG'S. From the minute you walk through the door you feel welcomed and at ease. No one gets in your face, no one tries any high pressure sales tactics. My whole experience with FOGG'S was fantastic and my Rogue is exactly what I wanted & is beautiful! I will definitely be returning to FOGG'S for all future car needs and I am planning to recommend FOGG'S to any friend or family member in the market for a vehicle. I found a new grand highlander from them, I called them and asked if they would sell out of state. They said yes. They sent me an email with detailed pricing. I asked to put a deposit on the vehicle, which they said they can’t do until it is in freight mode. I said Ok, call me asap and I will put it down immediately. They just called me and told me that the vehicle had been sold to someone locally because those people are allowed to put down a deposit. I specifically asked them if they would sell this vehicle to someone out of state. Don’t appreciate being lied to by Kimberly Taylor and the sales managers at Williams Toyota of Binghamton.

I had the misfortune to visit this den of thieves and bought a Dodge Charger. They kept me waiting 7.5 hours, ran my credit report thru 7 banks (even though I had a pre-qualified check) and when I got the letters from the banks in the mail it tuned out that they were selling me a car that had a higher loan to value rate. Frank is a complete liar, tried to tell me the Charger was worth $40,000. Stay away from these morally devoid sheisters. I bought another car today from Phil @ Enterprise Car Sales in Wayne, NJ. Totally fantastic experience, great car and purchased for 10% less than the KBB rate and the car had a no haggle price tag on the window (as it should be). Good Job M&M, your sales tactics and thievery just lost you a repeat client. Karma is a real B*xxx! Do yourself a favor and stay far away from M&M, the owner should be ashamed of himself. Now I'll wait for the cookie cutter response! "Please contact us, we are sorry you had a negative experience, we'd like to try to resolve this matter" - yeah right!

Louie was phenomenal to work with in buying my new 2024 RAM 2500. I have never had a more pleasant no non-sense experience at any dealership anywhere and I have been to tons of them. This last time I visited more than 15 dealerships and called at least 25. I inquired at more than 40 online and when I finally called Wally’s and Louie answered he proved dealerships still do an honest business and want to sell vehicles. I made my 1 and only offer on the truck based on what I could spend. Louie presented the offer to management and they accepted it. I got an incredible deal and treated with nothing but respect throughout the entire process. Louie even went out of his way to make sure my every request was handled. Made the 6 hour drive from my home there 100% worth it. Even their service guys went out of their way to help me out as I had to tow my other vehicle home on an auto transport behind my new truck and I needed to have my ball flipped over so I could lower it to get a better tow for the 6 hour trip back home. I will be pleased to take my business to Wally’s CDJR when I need my next truck. They were fantastic.

Visited Audi Hawthorne about a month ago for a test drive and I must say I was highly impressed by their customer service. I visited other Audi Dealerships on my search and they couldn't compare. I met with Carmelo and I must say he was amazing he is very professional and explained everything to me about the car I was there to test drive and answered all of my questions. I must say he is very passionate about his job. I also met Aniello the sales manager and he was just as professional and let me know I was in good hands. I let them both know that they blew the other Audi Dealerships out of the water and that I was highly impressed. There was absolutely zero pressure and I was very comfortable during my whole time there. I must say that Audi Hawthorne is probably the best dealership I have been to in my entire life and if you are in the market for an Audi I highly recommend checking them out. Also a big shout out to Ricky who I dealt with all payments. He was very professional and very patient in dealing with me and my credit union. In the end I ended up purchasing a 2021 Audi A4 and I could not be happier with everyone at this dealership. Thanks for an amazing experience Carmelo , Ricky and Aniello. But especially Carmelo he really deserves recognition. He is truly passionate about his job and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves after corporate reads this review. I am 110% satisfied that I happened to stumble into Audi Hawthorne. The entire team took the stress and headaches out of car shopping.

At signing, they asked to see my down payment and then served me paperwork 20% above the deal we struck. When I wouldn’t sign, they wouldn’t return what would’ve been my down payment. It took months and countless visits to get my money after they had sold the car to someone else

We had been shopping for a used car for nearly a year before finally buying one from Wheels for Lease. There is a reason why Wheels for Lease is recommended by the APA. The car we bought was in perfect condition. It had never been in an accident and the previous owner kept it in perfect shape. On top of the car being in great condition, Izzy did a full break job on the car. Wheels for Lease is the only used car dealer I would recommend to a friend. There are so many dealerships which try to sell badly accidented cars. When you buy a car from Izzy, you know you are getting a vehicle that was in good condition. More than just a vehicle, we bought peace of mind. We are not worried about hidden issues or defects with the vehicle. I am going to say it again, this garage is the only APA approved dealership for a reason. We wanted a car we could trust and after shopping around for a year, we realized that Wheels for Lease is the only garage we trust. It was also a genuine pleasure to deal with Izzy. He was transparent throughout the whole process and it really felt like you were buying a car from a friend.
