everyone was very nice I am just NOT happy with how I got my car back after my sunroof was serviced. There was still water in the undercarriage of the car I had to wet vac it out when I got home. I got 3 buc More

However, we sincerely apologize that your vehicle was returned to you with water still trapped in the undercarriage and that you had to remove three buckets of water yourself. That is certainly not the experience we want for our customers. We understand how frustrating and concerning that must have been, especially after being told the vehicle had been properly dried. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and sharing the photos with Wilson.
