Buying the vehicle, brand new, was like dealing with any other dealership. It was a typical sale. However, when you have a problem, their service department is awful. Terrible communication, even worse customer service, and they can’t seem to fix issues. Damaging and depreciating the value of the car in the process. I will never buy another Lincoln (or Ford) and I’ll be telling everyone to stay far away from any Lincoln/Ford dealership or vehicle in the future.

Worst place to buy a car. - Ed

Worst place to buy a car. I bought a car at the end of September 2023. Eight months later, I still have no title. The title they tried to give me has an 8k mile difference from what is on the car. When I spoke with them in February, they were going to fix it. I have called countless times and left messages. They reject my call and refuse to call me back to fix this error.

BUYER BEWAYRE...after careful research on the vehicle I wanted to purchase, I called this dealership 3x to ensure that my 2 hour commute wasn't in vein. Get to the dealer, vehicle NOT in stock. Moving on, the vehicle that I did purchase took way longer to service than I was told ("next week" turned into "2 weeks" etc), ok fine. Some of the cosmetic fixes were NOT fixed upon picking up. After bringing my car home, I was CALLED & told that I needed to have my car registered & was charged $470 for this registration (why the car wasn't registered BEFORE leaving to lot-beyond me)...$470 is more than DOUBLE to register it MYSELF. About a month later my tire KEPT getting flat, took it to the mechanic & come to find out, I was sold a vehicle with a BENT RIM & a tire that was PLUGGED on the INSIDE wall (where a plug is not even supposed to go)...when I contacted this dealer the manager told me "there is no law that says we cannot sell a car with a plugged tire". NO sense of moral whatsoever!!!! After fixing the issue myself, within 6 months, 2 front tires are worn & need replacement...after barely even driving the vehicle because I'm on maternity leave mostly home bonding with my child and not driving. I WOULD NOT recommend this dealer to anyone. THEN with my loan, THEY opened up an account with a credit union which I was UNAWARE of until I got my statement-initially I was told the loan was going to be through a different company. They have been a thorn in mine from the moment I stepped foot into the dealership.

Highly Disappointed with the sales department. Tico told me that the car I purchased was eligible for a EV tax credit, but he lied. Cars that are leased and are not assembled in the US are not eligible. My car was delivered with a huge chip, covered in paint. No one will take responsibility to repair this. Even the sales manager does not follow through after the sale. It’s too bad the owner is not aware of these issues. Karp ‘s best employee is Donna who helped me with paperwork I needed. She gets 10 stars.
