I’ll cut right to the chase. Quite simply, if you are looking for a low mileage pre-owned luxury or sports car in beautiful condition there is only one place to shop, and that’s Luxsport! And there is no one better to help you than Stu! Stu is the MAN!!! I’ve owned many cars including two previous Lexus SC 430s and have never had a total buying experience like I did with Luxsport and Stu. Over the last few months I visited a number of high end specialty dealers on the east coast, but nothing could compare to the professionalism and personal interest shown to me by Stu. It started when I drove to Long Island to see the many SC 430s Luxsport had, but most notably the one they were holding for me until I could find a day to get there. The car was everything Stu said and more!! Stu, took the time to go over every feature of the car and pointed out all I needed to see to make sure everything was original and that no body repairs had been down. I learned things I had never known before such as the importance of making sure each quarter panel and other parts have the car’s VIN number on them! There was no pressure to make an on the spot decision. I looked at the car on a Saturday and told Stu I would let him know in a couple of days, enough time to ensure my auto loan came through. No problem at all. Luxsport kept the car on hold until I told them all was approved on Tuesday, even though they were getting other serious inquiries. While the car was in gorgeous condition I asked Stu if there a few things they could take care of prior to my coming back to pick it up. Again, no problem at all! Stu went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect, including having the battery replaced just to be on the safe side. Stu kept me apprised of everything that was going on and sent me pictures to show me the results. When it turned out I couldn’t easily get a one way rental car for pick up, Stu arranged to have the car delivered to my home at a very favorable price. He even sent me a video of the car being loaded on the flatbed truck prior to departure! The icing on the cake was finding a $20 bill stashed in the ash tray compartment to pay for a car wash because it was raining and Stu was upset I wouldn’t see it in the fully washed and shined condition it was in!!! After I received the car I had a few questions and Stu was always there to take my call and explain things, even sending me a video when necessary. Luxsport also took care of all the paperwork necessary to get my car registered, licensed and inspected in Pennsylvania. I waited to write this review until that was done, along with getting a report from my mechanic on the mechanical condition of the car. Everything was perfect! After owning six Lexus’s, all of which were purchased from Lexus dealers, nothing can compare with this total experience. Thank you again Luxsport, and thank you Stu!

My Audi A-4 lease was up so I began what I thought would be a lengthy process of finding a new car I liked with a comparable monthly payment. The Ray Catena reputation was excellent so on my first day out I visited their White Plains Showroom. Did I get lucky! My salesman, Brian Rattner, listened carefully and then began to work up a proposal. In less than an hour we shook hands on what I thought was a very favorable deal. The next day I came back to sign the contract...and handover the Audi keys. Brian called my Insurance company and took care of delivering my Audi to their dealership. FIVE STARS.

I gave it a one star because their pricing is competitive, but with that comes a lack of professional or efficient service. Sales staff often leaves you with no response, promises to get back to you within a certain time frame and then forgets about you. We reached out to Karp Kia and confirmed we were interested in purchasing the vehicle. We put a deposit down and told them the day/time that we would be there to pick it up. We asked to see financing information and details regarding the certified pre-owned information. A week went by without us seeing the documentation. Finally, two days before we were supposed to pick up the car, we asked for it again. They said he would get it to us by the end of the day… then silence. We reached out again at the end of the day and told we would see it the morning which is a day before we were to arrive to pickup the vehicle.. The next day comes and again, silence. By the middle of the day, we finally had to call and speak with a manager to get the information. The next day we were scheduled to meet salesperson when the dealership opened to purchase the vehicle. They were no where to be found and no one else would help us, including, the managers. The managers actually seemed to be avoiding us and casually just kept going outside to vape or walking laps around the parking lot. After the salesperson arrived, it turns out the car wasn't even ready to go. In the end, I waited 5 hours at the dealership until the car was ready. Not once did really anyone else seem to want to help. The only positive thing I can say about this dealership is the finance team was kind and very efficient. Everyone else lacked a sense of professionalism and common courtesy. In the end, staff tried to blame me for the delay and said that if I had given them my insurance information prior there wouldn’t be a delay. We had checked in several times to ensure all was good and wasn't asked for this information until 30 minutes prior to their closing the night before we were set to pickup. I got my insurance information to them within 15 minutes and it still took 5 hours for me to leave the dealership with the car. Avoid this place even if the deal seems competitive.

I bought a used Lexus Rx350 and had a very positive experience at Lexus of Queens. I found the dealership through Costco auto program. Annel and Micheal team was courteous and patient during the process. The price was indeed lowered because of the Costco Certificate. The car was meticulous clean. When I found the headsets were missing at the second row, Annel provided reassurance; Manager Michael was quick thinking and offered above and beyond service. I was very satisfied with the purchase and highly recommend the dealership.

Fantastic! Our telephone call to LeadCar to buy a new car got an immediate answer to the availability and pricing questions we had. (All other dealerships we talked to were non-specific or unresponsive.) Noel, our salesperson, understood exactly what we needed and wanted, and he mentioned but did not waste our time on upselling. The finance/paperwork person also did not push extras. Together they took care of everything. The result was that we arrived at 1pm, and drove away as happy owners of a new Honda at 5pm. All done! Then we discovered we had left an important paper in the old car. Noel found it and mailed it to us, saving us a ton of aggravation trying to replace it. Noel, our salesperson, and Matthew, the money guy, went above and beyond to meet our needs. We highly recommend this team.
