He immediately set up a priority maintenance appointment and the optional equipment was installed. Johnny understands making a sale is easy. Gaining customer loyalty is all about service. If you are thinking about buying a vehicle at Westchester Toyota do yourself a favor and ask for Johnny. He makes you feel you are his top priority.

Had a problem with TOYOTA HQ in regards to reimbursement for repairs that was done to my car prior to official recall. I felt like grinding a brick wall dealing with those people until I contacted Besa. Shortly after, James got back to me offering assistance. Within a few weeks the issue was resolved and I got what they owed me. Cudos James and Besa! The best service reps I've ever dealt with, period!

Heather was outstanding in the service department. She was diligent with calling to remind me that my first service was coming up on my 2020 Toyota Corolla. Heather was able to accommodate me with a same day evening appointment when I returned her call! She is friendly and professional. Also, when Heather's shift ended, she let me know that Mathew Riviera taking over for her and assisting me. Mathew Rivera was a pleasure to deal with too.

Let me tell you, I got an appointment right away from Adrian. Nick, the Service Director was away when my car was there but kept me updated on its progress and instructed John to take great care of me. I was blown away by the service that I have received. We have a Highlander and Camry and bring both vehicles there for service. They really take care of the customer and truly care. It is rare to find today, especially on Long Island. Completely satisfied. I referred my sister to Toyota of Massapequa for the purchase of her Sienna and she was also extremely happy with the sale. We are a Toyota of Massapequa family for life! This is my favorite Toyota dealer. The thing I’m very happy with is their service department. The service manager Jim McQuade is such a very approachable and nice person to deal with. He always makes great suggestions and makes sure everything is done right. I could go to closer Toyota dealers but their service doesn’t come close to Basils with Jim taking care of customers.
