On Thursday, 4/15, I had an appt at Kia for 4 new tires.
Melissa Miller, Service Advisor, took care of me.
Melissa was awesome. She was friendly, professional, and kept me in the loop re the status of my vehicle while I was waiting in the customer sitting area.
The service department was very busy when I was there and Melissa kept a cool, professional and great attitude while handling her busy day.
While waiting, Melissa informed me that I needed a back up bulb which was taken care of.
She also went over the Multi-Point Inspection of my car and advised that other than the bulb, everything looked good. She discussed that my brakes were good although I did mentioned that I use to be a heavy breaker. So Melissa filled me in about how to properly brake upon approaching a stop sign or red light.
I have to admit that Melissa is one of the most knowledgeable Service Advisors that I have come in contact with during the many years that I have been coming to Kia for service of my car.
She displays such a caring and professional attitude, qualities that I do not see in many service advisors.
I also witnessed how she treated 3 other customers who were also waiting in the customer sitting area. One gentleman mentioned to me how considerate Melissa was to him.
I look forward to seeing her upon my next service date which will probably be for my Kia's oil change.
