I want to start off by saying that this is by far the best experience I’ve had shopping in general. Never did I think that the process of getting out of my old vehicle to a brand new upgrade would be as smooth as it went . Thanks to Ezequias my family and I had a clear break down and the product knowledge that he has was just out of this world . EVERY single question we had about the car , not only did her know how to answer it but also provided extra little details that made us fall in love with the Tucson even more . If I had to buy a car again THIS is my go-to guy . Thank you for your patience , knowledge and expertise ZEEK ! Keep striving for more

I Love South Shore Hyundai. When it Comes to Appointments, I always receive one. The Dealership is clean as well as the Parking Lot to enter and Depart. Peter had patience with Me and explained in detail what must be done. He gave Me the approximate time that My Car was ready and made sure the part I needed was there. Tanya is an asset. I gave Her part cash and art credit card payment. She has the patience of a Saint. Kudos to Peter and Tanya. I love You Both. I will be back in February. I am safe to drive now. Thanks.

My lease was expiring and although I leased my car in Bay Ridge Brooklyn, that dealer wouldn't take my car back neither would Plaza Hyundai. Ritchie Armstrong was so nice and so respectful and made the return effortless. It's right off the Verrazano and you should go to this dealer if you care for full service.

Koeppel Hyundai really maintained their both sells and service departments. Had the best experience on both sections so far.

I purchased my Hyundai Santafe new from Towne many, many years ago. I've always brought it to them for major service and inspections. I've done brakes myself and had tires done elsewhere because of the brand of tire I wanted. Both the dealership as well as Hyundai have been extremely helpful and fair to me. They're flexible and I always have gotten a loaner from them. I don't feel that I was ever treated unfairly nor was I up-charged for repairs that I didn't need. They have even assisted me with out of warranty repairs that Huyndai covered. I hope that they can find a used vehicle that I want, or that I could afford another new car because I'd really like to do business with them again.

Dealer rater please fix your system, this is the third time I'm writting the same review. My leased Hyundai Tuscon had a check engine light and I called Hyundai 112. First available appointment was in 2 weeks and first available loaner in about 2 months. This is not what was advertised. I called Hyundai Centereach and Marissa Riviera was very helpful and polite. Scheduled a next day appointment. I dropped the car off and they found the probelm first thing in the morning. Ordered the part, some switch which took a couple of days to arrive. They installed it asap, updated software, recalibrated and the car is now up and running. Thank you Marissa Riviera, Greg Briones, Ryan Woiosin, John Lane and a lovely girl at the cashier counter. (sorry if I misspelled any names). Service was under warranty and free. Highly recommed their service! Happy Easter!

Jon Munnik made things Quick and Easy and was VERY Helpful and knowledgeable. Service department is Absolutely Terrible. Nothing but Terrible Experience every time I need to go for something. Drop the car off and you’ll always get the “Hi Marshall this is Joe at Garvey Hyundai North you can text me anytime during your Service visit” don’t waste your time they won’t respond. You can call Garvey and they will get you over to service, they won’t answer and Don’t bother leaving a voicemail because they won’t return your calls. You need to keep calling until they get sick of you than they will “Try to get answers”. Brought up an issue to the Service Department 10/16 and its now 11/21 and this hasn’t been correct all they had to do was order a new Part and install it its plastic it breaks I get it but a MONTH to get it Resolved! This Service is the one of the Reason I will not be buying another Vehicle From Garvey Hyundai North!

Unfortunately my 60k mile 2021 Tucson needed a new transmission already, but with the 100,000 10 year power train warranty, Benny in the service department helped me tremendously with all the necessary paperwork. It was all done in just under 2 weeks.
