I was told to bring the car in because engine light was on. When I went to pick up my leased car, I was charged $151.54 for labor. I purchased a 2025 palisade six months ago from the same dealership. The 2025 palisade had so many problems starting with a water pump leak that they said was gonna take about 3 weeks to be fix,it. THE process was very difficult very uncomfortable. I got very little information about everything that was happening . I had to called my insurance company about 8 times and change the policy, first they “were not ready” and I had to wait another 3 days for the car….., the person who’s in charge of the loans never showed me the interest rate on the new car. I wish was more transparency in the process. I got keys and I had to come back in two days to set up the Wi-Fi. Again I wish they can show me the paperwork submit submitted to the bank with the interest rate before I sign up the papers where they make a deal out of it. I’m still waiting on the warranty paperwork. I haven’t get all the papers that they gave me previously for the first purchase of Car. I bought a G 90 Genesis before so I’m familiar with the process when you do a transaction especially at that dealership this time probably because I have a discount certification Took about a month to get everything done several time the car wasn’t there the one I pick was sold … I wouldn’t recommend this dealership I won’t ever buy a car here… More

I brought my car in for an oil change and routine maintenance. I expected to be out of there in 2 hours. Three and a half hours later I was told the car was done. I asked what took soo long. They maintenance. I expected to be out of there in 2 hours. Three and a half hours later I was told the car was done. I asked what took soo long. They explained to me that there were 2 recalls being worked on. I was never told....Had they told me when I dropped the car off, I would have taken the shuttle home instead of waiting like an idiot. More
