I brought my car in for an oil change and routine maintenance. I expected to be out of there in 2 hours. Three and a half hours later I was told the car was done. I asked what took soo long. They explained to me that there were 2 recalls being worked on. I was never told....Had they told me when I dropped the car off, I would have taken the shuttle home instead of waiting like an idiot. None of the required parts for this service were in stock, and I didn't need anything rare, just one tire and 2 tpms sensors. 6 hours and 30 minutes of waiting only got me one replacement tire and whe stock, and I didn't need anything rare, just one tire and 2 tpms sensors. 6 hours and 30 minutes of waiting only got me one replacement tire and wheel alignment. Service advisor didn't mention a wheel alignment service special from the website. Barely any updates throughout the 6.5 hours of waiting. Drop off service only works if you live next door, hence the waiting. And I have to come back for the sensors if they ever arrive to the dealership. More
