Everyone was incredibly patient, answered. all of my questions, and made my husband and I truly feel welcomed. The entire process felt smooth stress free and supportive-which can be rare these days. I had an excellent experience at DARCARS Lexus, and I can’t say enough good things about the team — especially Taimoor Tereen and Emilio Parrales. Taimoor Tereen made the entire car-buying process smooth, professional, and stress-free. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle without any pressure. What really made the experience exceptional, though, was Emilio Parrales, the delivery specialist. Emilio went above and beyond during the delivery process, taking the time to thoroughly explain every feature of the vehicle and making sure I felt completely comfortable before leaving the dealership. His patience, attention to detail, and enthusiasm were truly outstanding. He made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel exciting and enjoyable. The level of customer service from both of them was top-notch, and it’s clear DARCARS Lexus values creating a great experience for their customers. Despite being from out of state, thanks to our salesman Tommy Stewart and the rest of the dealership staff we encountered, it was one of the easiest most straightforward car buying experiences I’ve ever had. I was able to quickly get an allocation and it was delivered exactly when I was told. The dealership facilities are unmatched and the location is great, making it surprisingly easy to get in and out of Manhattan if you’re traveling from out of town. Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains, Eli Suarez, Manager of the Parts Department, is a rare exception to the marginal and poor customer service in today's business model. Non-existent is a better term. Eli personally took my phone call after a windshield wiper insert I purchased from him did not fit one of the wiper blades on my 2018 Lexus ES350. He immediately took ownership of the problem, did not cast blame elsewhere, and sent a new blade to my home in Florida. I have utilized Ray Catena Lexus for decades prior to retiring. He was helpful throughout the process, explaining that Lexus no longer manufactures the insert for the older wiper blades. He communicated by phone, text and email, and made it his goal to solve the issue. I could not be happier. The Larchmont Lexus experience was superior to any other dealership I have been to. The professionalism and desire to ensure that we understood all the aspects of the lease was impressive. I especially appreciated the fact that Julio was not "salesy" at all, but rather respectful and informative. It was a first-rate, high-class experience. My wife and I were customers of New Country Lexus since 2012 and as a result of the service manager Patrick, we turned in our leases and want nothing to do with the Lexus brand. We had leased a total of 8 vehicles and would have leased again as my lease was up 4/1/25 but as long as Patrick is employed there we want nothing to do with the Lexus brand or New Country. I have never dealt with someone as unprofessional as Patrick and fittingly I found out he was previously at KIA. His actions may work at a Kia dealership but I don’t pay for a brand like a Lexus to be treated rude and unprofessional. I have told my experience to hundreds of people and will continue to tell and the two general managers at the dealerships my wife and I just leased our new cars at couldnt believe the story and were thankful as we are now customers of Keeler BMW and Northeast Acura. The part of the story that really surprised me was the poor response of the GM Jared Wilson at New Country Lexus. When I originally spoke with Jared he assured me he would take care of the situation and all he did was ghost me. Jared showed his true colors which shocked me as he always portrayed he was a caring and honest person. Shame on me for trusting him but not surprised. I see they are building a massive dealership on Route 7 you would think they would stick by the mantra the customer is always right. I have been in the customer service business for 35+ years and if I treated my clients like Patrick treated me I would of been out of business decades ago. Shame on New Country and Patrick.

Absolute Nightmare to Deal with. RUN AWAY FAST! I bought a used bmw for sale through this dealer and it was going smooth, their sales manager Abbas did a video walkthrough(on jan 27th 2025) with me(have the videos saved) where he said there are "the driver's side is good, no dings or scratches or anything and the body lines are great". Fast forward to getting the car and there are DEEP scratches that no reputable dealer would ever sell a car with. Abbas calls me at 6:28pm on 2/4/25 apologetic and says that this must have happened after the video walkthrough, and that he will go investigate and make it right. Seemed like it was going well Was quoted ~$1300 to get these scratches repaired, so I text Abbas and he has a tone change and points me to Chad Israel, their General Sales Manager, who starts treating me horribly immediately and says its my fault that their sales manager misled me in the video. We tried to have an adult phone call(all recorded) on Feb 6th at 11:30am, where Chad could't be an adult and started screaming then hung up on me. Talk about great customer service! Run run away, im talking to lawyers now, unless this dealership decides to make this right.

I purchased a used se350 on Saturday, May 3rd. Model year 2021. Traded a 2023 Camry 6cyl. Ron waters was fine.. I'm 78. The young tech gets one star for showing me how to use THE GPS (way different than the Camry). He spent maybe 5 minutes! I returned Monday. JOHN CHAPIN SPENT TWO HOURS. He did the impossible. Two hours was what I needed. He was Marvelous. I give him 5 stars+. ..

** PLEASE READ**BUYER BEWARE** Unfortunately, I have to update my previous review of 5 stars. I would rate NORTHTOWN LEXUS with ZERO stars. 3 months after I purchased my 2019 Lexus ES 350 (15k mileage) I brought it to a certified Lexus dealer in Rochester, NY for a fuel pump recall and I also asked them to check the rear tires because they seemed very low compared to the front tires. During that time the mechanic found that “ Both rear tire treads are extremely low (2/32) and both are bald on inside edge. Will likely have cords exposed soon.” After mentioning this to Tom, Greg and the dealership manager, David Dipasquale they told me the treads had 6/32 on all 4 tires when I bought it. I have only drove 1900 miles since my purchase and I don’t understand how I already need 2 new rear tires. They could not answer but only make an excuse and blame the snow. They told me that spinning in the snow can cause excess wear. They must have forgot we had a pretty mild January with little to no snow. David also proceeded to tell me that the mechanic at Rochester dealership is incompetent and that he didn’t believe the mechanics measurements were accurate at 2/32. I offered to show David paperwork but he insisted I drive to Buffalo with unsafe rear tires not only risking my safety but a huge inconvenience as well. I have already driven back to Buffalo in February for a different issues and I don’t want to add the unnecessary mileage. I have zero trust in David or anyone from Northtown Lexus, would you? This was the first and will be the only time I do business with Northtown Lexus unless they have NEW management that cares about customer experience and isn’t looking for a quick sale. It’s all about building relationships and David and his team are not interested in doing that.

I was visiting my daughter in Dewitt when my RX350 developed a problem. I called Burdick and Don told me to bring my car right over. The attention and service I received was exceptional! I did not experience any waiting time. Nick gave me a loaner so I could take my grandaughter to lunch! When I returned Maxwell explained what could have been the problem and off I went. Kudos to Burdick Lexus for extending the most wonderful and efficient customer service!!!
