I was pleased to see that Gina in service was still there after all her years at Infiniti. I have purchased 4 vehicles from the dealership and I was kinda just looking and wasn't sure if I needed a new car at this time. The main reason for my choice of this dealership is because of Gina in service. She is a kind and knowledgeable professional in her field and is why I continue to own Infiniti vehicles. Gina referred me to John Houston in sales. John possesses an extensive knowledge of the vehicles and was a pleasure to speak with. BUYER BEWARE. I went to Infiniti of Bayside on 2/3/2024 and was quoted $650/month to lease a QX55. I wanted to weigh my options and was shopping around for other quotes. I realized they were giving me the best deal so I returned on 2/10/2024. They told me they could no longer offer me that price since I came in January ( I came in February not January) and that deal is no longer available. The price was now $710/month. When I told them forget it and was about to walk out they offered the grey Infiniti QX55 for $650/month. I kindly told them no because I wanted it in white. They then said they could order it in white and give it to me for $650/month so I agreed. I gave them a $1040 deposit. It was Saturday 2/10 and I was told the car would be there by 2/14. Well, 2/15 comes and I do not hear from them. My friend who works at a leasing company called me and told me they were lying. Alex who works at Infiniti of Bayside told her they were only getting grey QX55's, they were not getting any in white. When I called them and told them to cancel my deposit they were rude and tried to tell me I was making them look bad. They stopped answering my calls. I called on 2/16 and asked if they processed my refund and was told by the receptionist they did but it was a holiday weekend and to wait a few more days before I see it in my account. I waited a week and called back and left a message. No one returned my call. I called today (2/28) and asked about my refund. Amy the receptionist told me they were waiting for a check in the mail. When I questioned the check and told her I paid with a credit card why can't I just be refunded on the card, I was put on hold. She then told me they processed the refund on 2/21/2024 (today is 2/28, still have not received it) and to call my bank because they are holding the money. I then called my bank. They told me they do not see any incoming money coming from Infiniti of Bayside. I then proceeded to dispute the charge on my credit card. These people are liars and apparently thieves. They like to play games. I would not recommend their business at all.

This most recent visit was missing the little extras that I had received during past visits (complimentary car wash, and personalized advice from the service manager). But this was far from a bad experience, just not a personalized as was done in past visits.

Since purchasing a 2021 QX50 in 2023 I do feel that once the deal was sealed the service went down hill fast. Once you are there, they're pretty good. But getting a call back or a response to an email or a text - forget about it. My car had a service late Nov 2024. Two new batteries put in keys. By Jan, keyless entry wasn't working. Some computer system error tells me the driver door is ajar (it's not) - thought it was just winter but it is so bad no one will drive with me any more as the locks turn on and off randomly, the dash says door is open all the time. Have been reaching out all week as simple fixes surely?. Sent me info about their valet service. I am about 22 miles from the dealership so cannot participate. Get a call back today & offer is to drive my car down and not have it for the weekend. Last year after 10 months since purchase, Service Coordinator would not tell me over the phone if a new battery was part of my after-sales program. They could tell me if I got the car to them (!!!) Had to get AAA to put in battery & then called back to be told, yes it's covered. It takes the Service out of service and I cannot find anyone nearer to fix the issues. Maybe Infiniti NJ is my next stop?
