Working with Riju Manuvel of Infiniti of Lynbrook was an absinthial experience. The conversations and agreement that was had on site were lies wrapped in the stereotypical car salesman front. After our business exchange, Riju claimed he did not remember who I was and refused to come clean on the promises made on site. It was made explicate with multiple clarifying questions on various occasions regarding the lease exchange with a firm confirmation that obligations were 100% met on my end. In return, Riju went back on his word, refused to recall our discussion and his promises, and left a bitter taste of his character, Infiniti of Lynbrook, and Infiniti as a brand. We will never be getting an Infiniti again thanks to Riju's code of conduct. More
