Kept me informed, called with updates, made sure issues were addressed, called after pickup to make sure I was happy with the purchase ! Great Asset for your dealership ! The other employee who needs to be noted is Fausto, who stepped in during the pickup day, took over a bad situation, gave me options to assist me, and was able to help me until my purchase was ready. another Great Asset. This place is an ABSOLUTE CIRCUS!! Zero accountability but they'll take your money!! Bought a car in September, 1 week in, it had a water leak and they've haven't called us or told us what's going on! It's November 15th!!!!! If you want answers, don't even go to the dealership! Nobody has any answers. Nobody knows anything going on! Apparently there's never a manager on duty. Nobody is in charge. ESP when the GM is out of town!! Service Dept is USELESS! And when they get out of meetings where they "just got our xxxxx handed to us", apparently that's my fault!!! So I get a xxxx attitude bc I'm only here to find out what's going on with my car that I've made 4 payments on already and have yet to truly OWN IT!!! FYI: water leaks and 2inches of water across the passenger side of the vehicle deems them to replace the windshield seal, Hunt down a new rug and send us on our way. After it sat in the parking lot for WEEKS in the beating sun, no windows open. No ventilation. Nothing. Do some research and tell me how long it takes for mold to grow on surfaces and fabrics without proper ventilation and moisture removal!? I'll wait... NEW 2024 lease. 400 miles. Water leak from manufacturing defect and 2 months later, we still have ZERO ANSWERS. ZERO resolution. Zero finish line. Zero communication yet we have every ounce of UNPROFESSIONAL and Caddy adults who treat their customers like I xxx after they get your $$$$$$$. STAY AWAY! RUN AWAY, FAST!

If there should be a rating lower than one star. They do not deserve the one star. There are wonderful sales associates, however, when you get to the management division, they are liars, rude, unprofessional and completely lacking ethics. Stay away from this dealership! Even if means you have to travel 50-60 miles in any other directions, please do. The management team is massively rude and lacks even a small sign of empathy. Their style when dealing with the elderly is something that the Attorney General of New York should look into. Shame on the leadership of this car dealership and shame on anyone that knowing works at this dealership and knows how they treat the elderly. I am just grateful that I caught on to the deal before it was signed by my elderly mother. Avoid them at all cost! Again, most of the sales associates are wonderful people and work hard and are ethical, however when one gets to the finance management managers, the true colors show. My mother was going to pay cash for a brand new vehicle, and promised the required items on the car that she wished. NONE of the requirements that she wanted were on the car. She was not allowed to see the car until the paperwork was done either. "They were polishing," the car for her. Once the car arrived I went to look at it and make sure that it was she requested, and of course the two requirements that she requested were not on the car. The salesman apologized profusely for the mistake, however the finance manager did not care. He would not do anything about the lack of equipment that my mother requested and said either walk or accept the car. Needless to say, I pulled the deal and to which the finance manager said, "hey don't worry this car will be sold at an even higher price." Absolute disgusting and unethical behavior. AVOID SIMMONS ROCKWELL!!!!!!
