We last had a 2018 car so we were unfamiliar with the new technology. She patiently answered all questions. She took time to find out what was important to us in a new car, and made sure we got it. She did not try to sell us a more expensive car, just one that fit our needs. She was pleasant and upbeat through all aspects of our leasing experience. Highly recommend her and Lia Hyundai!

My Honest Critique Looking for a Specific vehicle, Santa Cruz XRT, Garvey North had 2 in inventory. Drove there on July 10, 2026, the primary one I was looking, the service dept. had purchased to use as a loner, so I look at the only one left, it had $1,125 in options that were on No Use to me, but there No Negotiations! $240 carpeted floor mats, not real practical for North Country. $900 in accessories I really didn’t, want. I would have liked the Bed Extender that came with the XRT the service dept bought. I contacted my sales person about getting a bed extender & they could order one for $500+! I guess the sale has been made, no flexibility to assist the customer. The Words We Can’t Do that! I have been buying cars for 50 years, the dealership can do whatever they want! I would caution anyone thinking about buying from a vehicle, looking at the options & decide if you want to spend the extra for stuff to don’t want. I would give all the options on mine to the bed extender the service dept’s XRT has. Jon did work hard to make the sale

The service is great from the moment you start communicating with them to the time you arrive. We spoke with a manager called Justin which is the typical car sales guy trying to get more money from your pocket. I end up paying $1500 dollars more because I was buying cash but initially they wanted $3000 more which was quite deceiving to be honest. He also came with an estimate of cost with some “suspicious” extra expenses for registration which I call them on it and that charge was reduced. This kind of experience gives you a bad feeling to say the least. The car was in mint condition, they performed a recall update and delivered to my house as promised - - - thanks Sarah.
