You can't call and talk to a real person. The first time I was waiting an hour 45 minutes for them to tell my the same thing advanced auto told me. They said I would get a text 2 and half hours later to pick it up. I got a text 8 1/2 hrs later and couldn't reach anyone by phone. They said they would order another small part and fix it but never did not and I never received the itemized bill. Beyond awful. The man I dealt with was polite but service was awful. More
