He attentively listened to my concerns and worked with management to get me the vehicle I really wanted in an amazingly quick time frame. Upon delivery Mike again made sure everything was ready and Chase assisted with my financing and thoroughly explained both that and my warranty options. Finally Jayden had all my delivery paperwork ready so it could be completed quickly. Then all the new options of my vehicle were explained and I was ready to go. Words cannot describe how thankful I am for everyone at Heinrich in assisting in my vehicle situation. I cannot recommend them enough.

We have worked with two other dealerships and were very unhappy. I contacted East Hills Chevrolet by email. I knew exactly what I wanted and wanted the best number. This was for a lease. Cody Allen responded to me by email. We did everything through email. This was for a lease. He promised when I got there we would be in and out in one hour. We were. For the price we agreed on ahead of time. No hard selling. I cannot recommend East Hills Chevrolet of Douglaston or Cody Allen enough. I have never had a pleasant experience at a dealership until now. We will definitely be going back every time.

I recently purchased a car from them and it only took me about 48 hours to get the car and to drive out. They gave me the plates, bill of sale. and registration within less than 30 minutes after the car purchase. The car they sold me was exactly what they described. They deserve more than five stars for being honest and transparent. I personally have had bad experience with several car dealers in NYC and Long Island and I know how misleading some car dealers can be; however Sunrise Chervrolet is an exception. They promise and they deliver.
