Very professional. Was in looking at trucks and had picked one out. Wanted to come back the next day to possibly complete the deal. The sales person recommended leaving a deposit, I didn't want to because I felt it wasn't necessary. He didn't pressure me at all, just respected my decision not to. That's one of several reasons why I bought the truck the next morning. He made the deal the way I was comfortable with, no pressure to buy now. When I left the first day, he thanked me and shook my hand. He said call me tomorrow when you're coming in. I knew he really didn't want me to leave and I am sure the manager really wanted a commitment, but they didn't show it. They gave me my space. That kind of respect for the customer doesn't happen much anymore. Naturally everyone wants to get a great deal, but it seems there specialty is fair deal for both with a ton of respect. They now have my vote!! More

This dealership should be an example to all other Chevy dealers on how to conduct business. My phone calls are answered by a person and not a machine , and I never wait on hold.
