She is a straight "shooter" about fitting you with the right vehicle that meets your needs within your price range. Every step of the process was explained in great detail and was thoroughly presented before signing anything. They are truly a great place to do business with and Paula is a shining example of a reputable and honest salesperson. A truly excellent experience.
