From the second I walked in the staff was friendly, engaging and attentive to my wants and needs. Briana is a Superstar; she answered every questions or concerns I had directly without the typical “I have to ask my boss “ shtick that is all too familiar in many dealerships. I recommend going to Acura of Westchester first if looking for a vehicle . You will not be disappointed.

Recently purchased a used RDX and brought it to Island Acura to catch up on due maintenance, including timing belt, water pump, battery etc. Made an appointment on advance and my service advisor Joe checked me in within minutes. Used coupons from their website and prices were very fair. Service was completed same day as promised. Received text message with access to my paperwork and was able to pay my bill online from the train on my way to the shop. Was on my way in minutes. This was a top notch dealer service experience.

Where do I start? After a few years of business, I was highly disappointed in what transpired today regarding an issue with my ZDX. The staff member in service over the phone was rude and repeatedly cut me off when I was explaining my issue. As I was making my way to the dealership, I received a phone call from Joe M. (Manager) who right away was accusatory in his comments as to how the phone interaction went. What type of "manager" calls a customer without hearing their side of what happened? Well, Joe does. I then reached out to my sales representative, Javier R., and was told, via text, to take my car to Rallye Acura where I purchased it for the service. I was gravely disappointed in the actions taken by both Joe and Javier as we had a beyond amicable relationship previously. They may seem fair and honest in the beginning, but please believe that it is a scam and ploy to earn your business. Please see Danny Park (sales) and Keeyoung (service) at Ralle Acura for your acura needs, you will not be disappointed.

You can have a great sit down with your sales person here at the Acura of Bay Shore, but that can totally change when you sit down with the finance person. We should have walked away, as our number that we agreed upon with T.R. Wasn’t the number given us by the finance predator. I love the RDx, but I totally hate the experience of being duped. Watch out folks, be warned!
