This was my first experience with Acura of Westchester and I must say it took me less than an hour to find a car that was for me. The staff was extremely polite and helpful and the service was phenomenal. I love a in-out dealership! Very pleased with my purchase. Thank you Acura of Westchester.

I never thought I'd say this about buying a vehicle but dealing with Island Acura and all the people in there was an absolutely wonderful experience. They gave us all the information that we wanted about the MDX Did not rush us and spent the time to tell us all the information we wanted. Surprisingly all the bad things you think about a typical car salesman they weren't. They were not overly pushy did not demand a deposit before giving us all the information we wanted. If they would've demanded a deposit, I would've walked right out. Yes, they asked for deposit. They definitely tried to sell us the vehicle, but they didn't play any games even with pricing. Yes, I did leave after the first visit because I told them I wanted to think it over. It is a pricey purchase. But the first thing I said to my son when we got back the car is, I would love to give this dealership the Buisness because they were so nice and gave us all the information we wanted and they didn't make it a horrible experience. I did purchase the MDX advance, and I love it, but one of the main things that swayed me over to that vehicle was the staff in the dealership. Tony Di Giovanni, Chris the financial advisor, Matt the delivery coordinator, Joe, Paul the salesman and others made me feel like I was buying the car from a family member that I could trust. I appreciated the fact that Tony the manager looked over the sale from beginning to end, especially because when we went back the second time without an appointment, to actually buy the vehicle our original salesman was not there so Tony helped us out and basically sold us the vehicle. I would definitely buy another vehicle from this dealership. It would be an absolute dream if the service department is as wonderful as the sales department. I have not yet had any dealings with the service department, but I'm sure they are just as wonderful. I have purchased many vehicles over the years and never has it been a pleasant experience like this was!! I have never written a review about anything but I had to this time!!

Where do I start? After a few years of business, I was highly disappointed in what transpired today regarding an issue with my ZDX. The staff member in service over the phone was rude and repeatedly cut me off when I was explaining my issue. As I was making my way to the dealership, I received a phone call from Joe M. (Manager) who right away was accusatory in his comments as to how the phone interaction went. What type of "manager" calls a customer without hearing their side of what happened? Well, Joe does. I then reached out to my sales representative, Javier R., and was told, via text, to take my car to Rallye Acura where I purchased it for the service. I was gravely disappointed in the actions taken by both Joe and Javier as we had a beyond amicable relationship previously. They may seem fair and honest in the beginning, but please believe that it is a scam and ploy to earn your business. Please see Danny Park (sales) and Keeyoung (service) at Ralle Acura for your acura needs, you will not be disappointed.

We came out of a 2020 pre owned and into a 2025 lease due to miles. Rob E in finance, Todd in pre owned, and the Capt of the ship Joe L were awesome. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and professional. So nice to see friendly smiling faces on a Sunday morning. Car was delivered the next day. Always a great experience at Bayshore Acura!
