Lies lies lies! - Joey34
This dealership, and in particular, the salesman named Alan Barrera, are out right liars. Alan is the biggest xxxxxxx salesman I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Then when I called his bluff about the lies, he lied about the lies. I told him I had a 4 hour drive to get to his dealership. I asked him for more pictures of the truck emailed to me. His exact words were " if you don't look at the odometer, you would think this truck was brand new on the showroom floor. Not a blemish to be seen in the paint". He also said it had a remote start and also it came with a lifetime power train warranty through the dealership but was valid across the whole country. Turns out all 3 were lies. The truck was a 2014 and in xxxx poor condition . No remote start snd no warranty. This is after I confirmed all the information verbally before leaving Rio Rancho for a 4 hour drive to Las Cruces. The dirt bag salesman told me when i got there that the truck was in showroom shape.......for a 2014. And sorry, i made a mistake about the remote start and the warranty. Things got a little heated when I asked the finance manager for my cashiers check back. I asked him 3 times for my check and I finally ripped it from his hands. Then he has the nerve to tell me my actions are unessaccary. Bottom line, Sisbarro in Las Cruces, N.M. should not be in business. They are a joke. They need to be boycotted so eventually they will go out of business. The car sales Industry will be a much better place when this place closes its doors forever. So for all who may read this, please don't let these idiots screw you the way they tried screwing me. They wasted 12 hours of my life and $40 worth of my gas getting to them. The salesman, Alan Barreras, is an extra special kind of idiot. And his finance manager was not any better. Alan lied and the finance manager swore to the lie. How these two slimballs sleep at night is beyond my comprehension. It takes a special kind of xxxxxxx to sleep at night when they operate the way they do. I say to heck with them. Thank the good lord there are many good dealerships around New Mexico, so when Sisbarro goes out of business, they will not be missed. Good riddance xxxxxxxx.
