I didn't call to schedule this appointment, I was called about promotional coupon for oil change and my MGM rewards credit - I specifically asked how much the oil change would cost me with the two credits - I was told it "would basically be a wash" meaning I wouldn't have a large balance due for the service - therefore I was extremely disappointed that I was coaxed to schedule this oil change appointment and have a balance due of $80plus, a far cry from "a wash". I could have had my oil changed by my husband. Not cool sales pitch.

I honestly cant explain how happy and relieved to have worked with Chris in the service department. I bought my car at this dealer. Chris has been right there with me every time whether I need a repair or maintenance. I completely trust and confident with him and can't say thank you enough. Chris was responsible and professional which was always appreciated. I needed a loaner car and he arranged it. My car came back perfect especially since it was a difficult situation. Chris would get back to me all along the way with updates and explanations . You can be sure that I will not go to any other dealer because of him as needed in the future. He should get a "excellent" on all items below.

My Malibu PREMIER needed overnight service and I was provided with a free loaner vehicle. Bill the technician did an immaculate service and repair with a nice video shot to my phone showing me details of review of my car. Brian in finance renewed my extended warranty with great coverage and very reasonable rates for the next few years. And of course I can't leave out the Service Manager who oversees the service dept. Marty was very friendly and kept me informed every step of the way on my needed repairs. He evaluated my needs and had the repairs completed in less that 5 hours. He informed me of 2 other issues that I was mot aware of BUT did not push me on the additional repairs needed that he found. I will definitely take mt Impala back to him if I can't do the needed service myself.

Just purchased a used car from another dealer. Chris had them check out the entire vehicle. He advised me of all the new parts that had been recently replaced, tested all systems, checked all fluids and tires. Said car was in great condition and recommended a new battery because it was the original and 7 years old. I did the battery replacement and he got me a great price on the best battery. Chris was amazing and I will be back when I need service.
