I had a check engine light come on in my recently purchased used 2018 Sierra. Cynthia Rothschild put me in contact with the service dept. I showed up for my appointment on the following Friday. The service department listened to my concern, corrected the slight issue with my truck and I was back on the road in a timely manner. I can't say enough good things about Jim Curley GMC from Andrew in finance , to Hank the Manager, the great people in service and Cynthia Rothschild, my wonderful sales associate. I wound up having a minor issue with my truck and Jason Bernhardt My service guy was absolutely amazing I'm a A tech also in the automotive industry and I was extremely pleased with my experience and I am extremely picky when it comes to having to bring my car somewhere for service. I live 40 minutes away from the dealer and because of Jason I would definitely go back there for service

Just prior to hooking up the trailer my windshield wipers stopped working. Eddie listened to my needs, got the problem diagnosed and fixed. An absolutely awful experience. After being quoted what the repairs would cost and the amount of time it would take to complete them, they went 3 weeks and $1,000 over what was quoted. After I picked the car up it still wasn't fixed. They tried to force the wrong wiring in the repaired rear door causing the window not to work and the car unable to lock. The wheels were left not properly aligned causing the car to shake at speeds over 50mph. I ended up spending over another $1,000 at a place that actually knows what they are doing. While the car was there over 10 calls were left unreturned. You're better off taking your car literally any where else.
