I came in for a software upgrade and so many other things were addressed as well. Wiper blades changed. Oil and other fluids topped up. Wheel rotation performed. Car wash done. And a road test to crown it all. All while while I continued to work in the guest lounge. Awesome!!!

I had a check engine light come on in my recently purchased used 2018 Sierra. Cynthia Rothschild put me in contact with the service dept. I showed up for my appointment on the following Friday. The service department listened to my concern, corrected the slight issue with my truck and I was back on the road in a timely manner. I can't say enough good things about Jim Curley GMC from Andrew in finance , to Hank the Manager, the great people in service and Cynthia Rothschild, my wonderful sales associate. Brian Kennedy, who has not been reviewed here, is one of my service advisors who graciously took over for Emerson Cambara, with whom I have also enjoyed working- was out sick. He assisted me with some very difficult service issues on a rare '06 S60 R project car I own. I even made a sales offer on a demo/loaner and he took time out of his busy schedule to walk over and present it to the sales department which was way over his pay grade. He has been excellent in his communication , getting back to me within a short period of time when I've contacted him. He is exceptional at his attempts to resolve anything I throw at him, but especially in advising me should I purchase any other Volvo 'unicorns' as I am a very atypical performance-oriented Volvo enthusiast. The team at service there with Brian & Emerson, as well as Shannon and Laura, is extremely pleasant in the way they both answer the phone and relay information. For this reason I will not service my Volvos anywhere else.

I have been dealing with Causeway since before 1998. Many different people including sales and service personnel. I have especially appreciated my service managers who take time to explain what is needed. Once a service tech even came out from the shop to show me a problem. Over the decades I have had to bring in a few tough jobs but mostly routine service. Since my cars do not break down, I attribute that to the careful techs who look at everything to keep the cars running properly. I appreciate the candid outline of what service is mandatory and what matters could be postponed. They use their knowledge to help me and I appreciate it. Both cars were serviced this time and a driver returned the first car to my house and picked up the second one. Thank you Sal and Kim.
