I had an extremely pleasant experience at this location recently and felt the need to give a review. Louis Cerrato greeted me and was so warm and friendly. I admittedly came in with some anxiety and apprehension, expecting to be pressured by a pushy salesperson, but that is the furthest from what actually occurred. Everyone there went out of their way to be kind and welcoming and I actually drove home my new car (well, new to me anyway). Shout out to Jerry Taylor as well who is the finance guy. Again, no high pressure and I felt really great about my purchase. Would highly recommend to my friends and family!

Overall, happy with the service. Would have been 5 stars, however, my only complaint was the Parts Dept wouldn't match the discounted cost for 4 TPMS sensors. Originally they were charging $135 per sensor, while Chevrolet's website price was under $107 per sensor, which they did match. However, the online purchase was discounted by 20%, which would reduce the price per sensor to less than $87 each but they wouldn't match that price even though it said to pick them up at Burlington Chevrolet.

Dan Lepp is the most EV-knowledgeable rep I’ve worked with! I signed my lease last week for a 2024 Hummer EV 2x, and the experience was fantastic. My first point-of-contact sales reps, Michael Cabales and Ken Beam, were true gentlemen—kind, patient, and fun to work with. Even the finance manager stood out by not pushing unnecessary add-ons at the last minute, which is rare in this industry and often a deal-breaker elsewhere. Rossi also gave me a highly competitive trade-in value. If you’re considering a lease or purchase, I’d strongly recommend exploring a trade-in to optimize your monthly cash flow or secure a better overall price. I fully intend to return in 36 months when my lease is up, expecting the same top-tier pricing and service. After researching NJ, NY, and DE, this dealership offered the best deal, and I have no doubt they’ll do so again. Hopefully, they’ll have more color choices by then—Matte Black, Matte Green or Blue, and White seem to be the most popular among Hummer buyers. As for the one-star review below, it surprised me too. Based on my experience, it seems like a one-off situation. Like most other customers, I had a five-star experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this dealership.

I had not planned on buying the Envista, I just wanted to see the car since seeing it in a new cars article for 2024. Mitch was so nice in answering all of my questions when I stopped in the first time. Because of Mitch's customer service I returned to test drive and bought the car! Customer Service skills are unique to find today and Mitch Zarrow is one of a kind. I have always been a VW person, having owned a 74 beetle and my 1997 Passat that I was driving until I bought the Envista. My intention was to upgrade to an Audi Q3, the Audi dealership was without Customer Service skills, their loss! I visited six dealerships, four failed on customer service, one mediocre and Freehold Buick GMC because of Mitch was OUTSTANDING!

I wound up having a minor issue with my truck and Jason Bernhardt My service guy was absolutely amazing I'm a A tech also in the automotive industry and I was extremely pleased with my experience and I am extremely picky when it comes to having to bring my car somewhere for service.
