I had a new issue occur and an issue from when it was brand new. 20k miles later, techs so I had a "tuner" in my vehicle and that the over the air updates weren't working because I have new speakers in my truck. New like they were installed at 1500 miles and I've had at least 6 updates with no problems. I really don't understand why the customer is blamed for notable problems with a vehicle. More
