I have purchased about 20 vehicles in the last 50 years. I can honestly say this was the most pleasant experience of them all. While visiting the wonderful state of Montana from Alabama. We experienced transmission problems with our 2020 F250. Jeremy Works greeted us at the door. I had already went to their web page and found the truck I wanted if we decided to trade. He was very attentive to our situation and worked with us with no pressure. We bought a 2026 F350. I felt we received the best deal possible. Orion Burnham gave us detailed information concerning our issue and gave us top price for our trade. He is continuing to work with Ford concerning the warranty of the transmission. Roy the Finance Manager did a great job explaining the finance options. Thanks to all for making a difficult situation go as smoothly as possible. I highly recommend Kallispell Ford. Only wish they were in Alabama for our next purchase.

Working alongside Jory, they diligently put forth great effort to accommodate the payments I was able to make without extending the loan and, absolutely no hidden fees. I Felt Valued. I felt heard and understood. - and I was treated with great respect. I was surprised at how efficient the process was and how quickly Kayla was able to work with me through all of my paperwork and even assisting me with my insurance needs! After the purchase was complete, Kayla spent an additional half hour with me showing me every feature in the truck, how to sync my phone, how the display worked and all of its features and guiding me through all the "bells and whistles" of my brand new truck. Anna took us to our hotel and picked us up the next day, explaining the possibilities (knock sensor Or a new motor - all covered under an extended warrantee.) Being out of town, we were happy the team at Kia was able to replace the "knock sensor" - they had one in stock. Jenelle at the front desk was helpful, as well.

I recently had a disappointing experience with the service department at Missoula Nissan and feel it's important to share for the benefit of others. I brought in my 2015 Nissan Juke, which only had 38,000 original miles, due to what felt like transmission slipping. After inspecting the vehicle, the service manager informed me that the CVT transmission would need to be replaced at a cost of approximately $7,500. I was told this is a common issue with CVT transmissions and the miles do not matter as to when a CTV transmission will fail. Really, only 38,000 miles! As a potential first step, via voice call, they informed me of the transmission problem plus they offered to change the transmission fluid—for an additional charge—which I approved. When i picked up the vehicle, they nevver provided me with any quotes to replace the transmission. Unfortunately, the vehicle still exhibited the same symptoms after the service. Despite this, the car remained drivable, although it felt unstable and unsafe. A few days later, I received a follow-up call from someone by the name of Clay, at the dealership asking if I’d consider selling them the vehicle, which I declined at the time. Ultimately, I sold the vehicle to a private mechanic for $3,000. A few weeks later, I followed up with him, and to my surprise, he informed me that the transmission was not the problem at all. The issue was related to the fuel system, which had caused the car to enter limp mode. Once the fuel system issue was resolved and the computer reset, the vehicle was back to running normally. In total, I lost approximately $10,000 due to what I now believe was either a misdiagnosis or a failure to investigate the problem thoroughly. Given the dealership’s quick interest in purchasing the vehicle after their diagnosis, I can’t help but question their intentions. Based on this experience, I no longer consider Missoula Nissan to be a trustworthy or reputable service provider. I had previously considered purchasing a new vehicle from them, but after this incident, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I encourage others to seek a second opinion before authorizing any major repairs.

My very pregnant daughter, two dogs, a truck full of baby shower gifts and myself had an issue with my truck and barley made it to Missoula after leaving Washington at 6am. They were able to fix our issue and get us back on the road with in a few hours. They were all so accommodating with our two dogs and very compassionate to our situation. It would have been a very spendy night if we had to stay over in Missoula. We can not thank them enough for their willingness to help. I'm not sure what we would have done if they didn't step up. Without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had at a car dealer. Went in to see about purchase of a new car and since they didn't have any, they pushed used cars on me. Salesman and finance person did not know the advertised price of cars. It was in fact a little odd and kinda scary how they acted. I wouldn't set foot in that place again or any dealership under the Butte Auto dealerships. It was comparable only to a sales pitch from the carnival people at the fair. very poor. Avoid.
