I had a bad experience with this dealership previously which was not the salesman’s fault. Decided to give this dealership a second chance because of my experience with the saleman, Bruce Tell, the first time. Bruce stepped up right away to help us find exactly what we were looking for and proceeded in making a deal on the vehicle we wanted that I’m positive didn’t yield him much money in order to make up for the problems the first time. I would recommend any one looking for a new Volkswagen or used any model of vehicle to reach out to Bruce because he will go out above and beyond. He’s not high pressure salesman and is pleasant to do business with.

We’re your average non flashy family. We called about a car that was on the website. Set a date to come see it. They reached out to us without being pushy. We stopped at a couple other dealers on the way. Couldn’t get a salesman at one. Nobody was really interested in helping us at another. Meanwhile Reese contacted us and asked if we were coming and we said yes. He had the car we were interested in pulled out front. He showed us everything that we asked to see and we settled on one. Very low pressure with no surprises or gotchas. We’ve bought 3 different cars from here and it’s always been respectful and pleasant.

After multiple visits to various car dealerships in the KC area and while searching the internet with all the popular car buying sites, I literally stumbled on to the lot at Molle Volkswagen to look at their inventory. What a true blessing.Their inventory offered me several great options for a used Atlas, with affordable prices in comparison to other like vehicles. After my conversation with Mr. Hawkins, and with the assistance of Mr. Kevin Wilson, their Finance Manager I was provided with several alternatives to include buying and leasing. Mr. Hawkins and Mr. Wilson were very patient and provided me with answers to all of my questions.
