My daughter bought a used car from Victory Smithville recently. Her sales representative Mike was a quality human being and treated her with integrity and honesty. It turned out the car had a mechanical issue. The folks in the repair department immediately loaned her a car and took her car back and fixed it without question. The repair department actually called me directly to apologize for not originally catching the problem before selling the car. The gentleman I spoke to was kind, respectful and appeared to want nothing but our complete satisfaction. Our experience with Victory Smithville has been excellent. I recommend them without hesitation.

This has been the worst experience we have ever had buying a car. These folks are not honest with us about the car. They suggest getting a warranty, so they don’t have to be responsible for their dishonesty, Do not buy from them. We bought a car in May from them which has broken down 3 times on the side of the road now. We had the warranty , but have had to spend thousands of dollars towing the car. The car is still not fixed. It is a lemon. We have taken it to Subaru multiple times and the car continues to break down. We tried to reach out to the owners multiple times. The owner refuses to speak to me because my name is not on the car, even though I paid for the car. The owner refuses to refund any money or compensate us for the thousands of dollars on hotels and towing the car. This is the worst experience I have ever had purchasing anything. I would not suggest to anyone to buy a car from Katy Motors. One excuse Brian gave me was that his mother was dying and he was busy. My mother is actually dying as well and I have not been able to be by her side because we have a broken down car. Brian didn’t seem to care about that, only that he doesn’t want to be responsible for his dishonesty- so he gives tons of excuses. Do not buy a car here!!

I bought an '08 Tahoe hybrid that was delivered to my house and the tow truck driver watched as the truck stalled out. I had notified Casey the salesman who sold me this hunk of junk and was told basically there was nothing they could do. 14,000 I paid for three mechanics two dealerships to try and find out what was wrong with it. I explained to my salesman that I was in a car accident less than a month prior and that I have children so I was in need of a reliable vehicle. He took my vulnerability and ran with it. It's been a year and a half and been to three different mechanics nobody can seem to help! It honestly breaks my heart that someone would take advantage of someone else's situation. You have no idea how much anxiety this vehicle has given me.

Loved my entire experience. Chris rocked. He went above and beyond for me in all respects (he even gave me a driving lesson in a parking lot, in the rain, to reeducate me as to the finer points of operating a stick shift). He was responsive to all my questions/concerns and addressed them all most expeditiously. When a minor concern arose, he assured me they would take care of it, and took immediate action to do just that. Carole in finance was just lovely, no hard sell, just ensured I had what I needed. Sam in service was also great. Plus, I LOVE my car. If you can buy an automobile here, do.

The last two times we have been to Matt Ford we have had bad experiences! We have left both times and went to other dealerships and gotten what we had asked for on trade in! Both times they tried to steal our trade in and both times we walked! Each time they said good luck getting better deal! Both times we went elsewhere and I received over $3000 more for my trades! Unbelievable experience! Then when you say something to them they have a million excuses!

I have to have a breathalyzer in my vehicle which adds many hoops to jump through when it comes to purchasing new car. Mike work with me and seemed to understand what all had to be done in order for me to get this car. He even drove the new car to the "breathalyzer" auto service which is over a hour away just to make things so much easier on my wife and I! Cant thank you enough!!!

This dealership is not honest at all. Bought a car to find out they erased the codes for a bad transmission. Also found the shocks and struts were bad even though a safety inspection stated all was good. A lot of fraudulent activity going on at Import Motors. Save yourself the headaches and financial misery by staying away from this dealership.

Third purchase at the Cape Girardeau dealership most recent being a GMC Sierra Denali pickup. Took vehicle in for a recall and repair of a damaged fender. It took close to a month before someone contacted us which only happened after we reached out directly to the manager. The work was completed I called three times to pay for the work as we were picking up after hours. Nobody called me back and then was sent a text to enter our credit card information to pay for the service. This is the absolute worst customer service we have ever experienced.

That said, from the first email exchange I had with Chris, the President, the conversations put me at ease. He was very responsive to all my questions and concerns. Very accommodating as well for the PPI. When it's time to upgrade (or add), I will be reaching out to Premier Sports Cars again for sure. Top notch customer service and experience!
